Apartamento Playa Malvarrosa, Valencia

Good location: close to the beach; a supermarket almost next door; many restaurants in the zone; bus stations very close, with good connections with the city. The apartment is very clean and furnished with attention to detail. The host was nice and very focused on our needs; we had an issue with the washing machine and they take quick action: we actually got a new machine in the next day. We did not cook too much but as far as I can say, the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary things.

The apartment is located in an old building with some specific drawbacks (such as a slight unpleasant odor from the sink drain). All the windows face the inner courtyard, so the rooms feel a bit too dark. Air conditioning in the living room, fans in the two bedrooms, nothing in the kitchen. It was fine in September; I don't know what it's like during the peak summer months. The pillow in the bedroom was a bit too firm and narrow, but that’s just a personal preference.

100% recomendable
