Perfecte locatie direct aan zee met een mooi strand. Daarnaast sta je in 20 minuten in de binnenstad van Valencia

Uitzicht op de bouwplaats was wat minder

El apartamento es espacioso, muy bonito y muy cerquita de la playa. El anfitrión Pablo, muy amable.

No tengo ninguna pega. Todo fue estupendo.

Me gustó la cocina completa con algunas cosas básicas como: aceite, sal, pastillas lavavajillas… Salón comedor perfecto, amplio y agradable Terraza, aunque no la usamos, muy acogedora y con mesa Habitaciones muy bien Baño genial, aparte de muy limpio, muy cómodo

Nada Todo estaba bien

The apartment was really nice and very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was everything we needed in the property, and the water in the fridge on arrival was most welcome, as were the snacks - really nice touch. The internet works perfectly well and there's a big TV with Netflix etc... available. The apartment complex is well looked after and completely safe, with great amenities. The people who work there are super nice. It was very convenient having a cafeteria/restaurant on site and the beach is only a couple of minutes walk away, which is great. The host was responsive and friendly. There's a little shop just around the corner which was open on Sundays so that was perfect.

The view from the apartment is not very nice - you can only see the sea if you turn your head to the side but your immediate view is quite industrial with a bit of a noisy road and concrete walls with graffity on them. There is no lock or child security on the balcony door, and it opens very easily so children could potentially open it and then climb on the banister too as there was a ledge - this was scary for us as we have two children so we told them not to touch the balcony door but we really had to watch them just in case. The biggest disappointment for us was that our main criteria for booking this place was the pool, and the fact that the listing clearly stated that the pool was open. However, the pool was not open because the Apartment Complex Managers had decided to delay the date that they would open it. The Host knew this, they'd emailed him before we turned up but he hadn't warned us, didn't let us know on arrival either - we had to find out for ourselves and get in touch with him to ask about it. We were dismissed, like it wasn't a big deal and were told that it wasn't his fault and that we could get a discount on a future booking. We thanked him and explained that we wouldn't be back because we try a different destination every year but that we were hugely disappointed about the pool. He didn't offer us another form of compensation. So I had to go through Booking.com to argue my case. It was stressful and time consuming because the Host opposed it, even though I would not have booked his property if it had been advertised with no pool, and similar apartments with no pool were much cheaper. In the end Booking.com agreed that I should get compensated but it definitely made me feel upset that the Host wasn't more fair and reasonable and really didn't want to take responsibility for the issue...
