Excellent location close to the station. Amazing host and top hospitality. The house had everything you need and more. Would stay again without second thoughts. We really enjoyed everything about the home!

This is a fantastic choice if you are in Spezia. The apartment is clean, has all the needed facilities and you can feel like home. The owner, Gabrielle, is a great person. He offered us valuable information about the city, places to eat or to visit.

You just have to get used to the sound of scooters that are passing by, but this is Italy 😇 The bathroom is small, but has all you need in it.

Gabrielle is an excellent host. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedroom is spacious with a comfortable bed.

The bathroom is too small. There is no A/C, (which I didn't realise when I booked), so it was uncomfortable during the heatwave in Europe.

Gabriel est genial ! il nous a recommandé Lerici et nous avons eu un coup de coeur alors que ce n’etait pas sur notre planning ! L’appartement est parfait pour visiter les 5 terre et les alentours, on a adoré !

Agradable y cómoda estancia en la Spezia

Sitio perfecto para 3 o 4 personas. Limpieza impecable. Cerca de la estación para ir a 5terre,, camas cómodas. Y lo mejor, la excelente atención del dueño: atento a cada uno de los detalles, nos ha facilitado nuestra estancia y nos ha cuidado muchísimo, dándonos recomendaciones para mejorar nuestras vacaciones sobre que lugares visitar, el mejor transporte, incluso nos llevo al autobus . Lo recomendaría a todo el mundo.

Fabuleux séjour au Silence 2

Un appartement au-dessus de nos espérances et pourtant nous voyageons pas mal ! Notre hôte Gabriel a toujours été très disponible, bienveillant et aux petits soins pour nous, il nous avait même proposé de venir nous récupérer un soir en ville, il est vraiment très gentil. Il a tout prévu pour cuisiner, tout est pensé : tous les condiments nécessaires y sont, les sets de table, les serviettes et sopalin, Alu, film plastique etc .. Gabriel a aussi prévu pour le petit déjeuner : café soluble et en capsules, sucres différents, biscuits. Deux bouteilles d'eau ( naturelle et frizante) nous attendaient au frais, très appréciables. Le linge et la literie étaient très propres. Tous les produits ménagers et de toilette sont présents. L'appartement est bien situé, à 15 min de la gare à pieds. Le bus 3 passe à côté de la maison pour le centre ville. Gabriel nous a conseillés les visites, le supermarché voisin, la boulangerie avec les bonnes foccacia sur le chemin de la gare. Notre voiture est restée garée devant la maison sur le petit parking. C'est une location que nous recommandons fortement, on se sent à la maison. Merci Gabriel pour ce fabuleux séjour dans les Cinque Terre et pour votre gentillesse et pour tous vos bons conseils que nous avons suivis ! Regrets de n'avoir pas pu aller au restaurant à côté de la maison .. une prochaine fois peut être.

L'accueil, toutes les petites choses mises à disposition par notre hôte, café, poivre, sel, eau gazeuse, eau plate.les conseils de lieux de visite, les conseils de bons restaurants etc. Notre hote a ete très attentif et prévoyant.

Appartement bien équipé et propre. Chambre spacieuse avec beaucoup de rangements. Arrêt de bus à proximité. Endroit calme et emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville. Gare ferroviaire à 15 minutes à pied, point de départ pour explorer les Cinque Terre. Propriétaire agréable et de bons conseils.

On a très bien dormi, c'est très calme. L'équipement de l'appartement est très bien (juste peut-être le matelas mériterait d'être changé).

Volveria sin dudarlo.

Gabriele nos ha recogido en la estación de tren y nos llevó al retirarnos. Fue una grata sorpresa. Toda la estadía fue muy placentera y el lugar tenia todo lo necesario. Solo acoto que los buses funcionan hasta las 20.30, pero no estabamos lejos del centro.
