Very good for the price

Hosts were VERY thoughtful and kind, cared a lot about us. The location is also great, 15-minute walk to the beach, with a lot of signs in the street that make it pretty easy to get there. View was also nice due to the high location.

Facilities are very simple and the entrance does not look like a hostel. Also we had to pay by cash, what we wasn’t expecting.

Location is good, staff nice and speaks english. So clean.

There is a problem with hot water. It was almost cold. But we couldn’t say to the host, due to we had no time. I hope she can fix it. Unless this, everything is OK.

The owners were really friendly and welcoming. We had a blast and since we were looking for best deal for a buck we crashed here. It was more than we expected and that’s what felt awesome.

The parking is not included, even though it says it is on booking.com, but guys it’s 5€ in private parking space so it’s a steal. We only paid like 2€ over the expected price.

An amazing time.

The room was small but great for 2 people. The bed was comfortable. The AC a life saver from the heat. The view from the balcony made us not want to leave our room. There was also a small tv and a fridge in the room. There’s also a shared kitchen which is ideal. The sheets and towels were changed every 2 days. We couldn’t use the towels of the hostel at the beach so the owner (a very nice lady) gave us 2 older towels to use instead. One night we weren’t feeling well and the next day the lady came and checked in on us because she didn’t see us leave our room, which was really sweet! The hostel is up the hill so it’s quite a hike but the view made it worth it though. I absolutely recommend this place.

The shower pressure wasnt the best and the bathroom was really hot at all times.

Good for short stays

Although the Hostel is located in a steep road, it’s close enough to the beach, ferry and bus station. I had few problems (Wi-Fi not working and socket stopped working) and the mum of the owner fixed everything (although she was a bit passive-aggressive while doing that). She was kind throughout my stay. Comfortable bed. Loved the little balcony with city and sea views. Has a good size fridge to keep your drinks cool.

Bathroom was private but outside de room. Bathroom had hair in the shower from the previous client. Wi-Fi playing up, it wasn’t reliable. There’s only 3 sockets. One is being used by the fridge and the other one by the tv. Leaving with 1-2 depending if you unplug the TV. If you aren’t European (UK,US…) and need a plug adapter there’s space only for one of them unplugging the tv.

Good place where to stay if without car

Little room with separated bathroom very near te city center (10 minutes). Just one parking place for the whole structure (no other possibility of parking). It is a little bit difficult ti arrive there by car (very narrow street).

Very disappointing

A sea breeze at the top of a very steep walk to the hostel Andrey.

Absolutely no WiFi in the room. AC conditioning made the room hotter. There are better facilities in v cheap hostels here. Not even cold water in the fridge.

Exceptional

Everything perfect starting from the hospitality of the host to the room with more space and service. I thank our "guide" Jorgo for the suggestions about the beaches of Saranda. We hope to see you again next year.

Superb

Really nice place run by a very kind and helpful family. The room was nice with a very big bathroom. Water didn't run well at times but because of the city water problems. Close to the port where there are lots of shops, restaurants and a nice walk. We had a short nice stay there and felt very welcome.

Exceptional

Andrey and Rita are very friendly hosts and welcomed us warmly in their hostel and were always there for a nice chat. The effort to walk the uphill street in scorching heat to reach the hostel was rewarded by the beautiful view over the sea and Cyprus from the balcony of our room! The spaces were all clean and comfortable. If we happen to be in Saranda again, we'll be back for sure.

Owners are super nice and flexible. They found me another room when I wanted to stay one more day. Clean, nice rooms with good view and quiet place.

you have to climb a little bit to get to the hostel. Road is not so good but it’s easy to find hostel because of many signs on the way.

Good value for money, very nice hosts and beautifull view.

Very nice couple who runs the guesthouse. They gave us recommendations for local food and asked us about our day. I really liked the view! Room was very clean and tidy, good airconditioning and fridge. Also very quiet but still close to city center.

We had different expectations from the room because booking.com suggested it was 20m2 and had a bath, this was not the case. After some discussion, with the daughter of the hosts, we got offered a different room for the same price.

Pleasant experience

Clean and friendly stay. Close enough to the beach but the hills will give you exercise.

A very nice stay. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Room was clean and airy. A very delicious breakfast was included with home made jams and honey. Note: as Saranda is all hills it is an uphill walk to the hostel at times steep but not too difficult. The streets are very well signposted to find the hostel.

The bathroom, although clean and a nice size is not fully sealed from the next room's bathroom. You can't see anything but you can hear. I don't know if all included bathrooms are the same but it was strange hearing someone that sounded like they were in your room

Lovely lady <3 <3

The lady who working there was super nice and helpfull. I bought oatmeal that I can eat something else than just some veggies and fruits, otherwise the lady listened me what I want and dont need for breakfast. The view was nice and location to the bus and beach was great.

The room was noicy, the bathroom has a small crack to other room and you can hear clearly the next room noices. There where also dogs somewhere near outside that barked and in the evening some noice but I just used my earplugs and it was ok that I could sleep. The climping to uphill can be challange to someone but I'm in pretty fine shape. There could have been cleaning for freaguntly that i dont need to ask toiletpaper or new handtowel but I'm not too picky about that,
