Relaxing two days great nights sleep even in all that heat.

There is so much to like about this place, starting with the accommodation. its not a bed in a house its a barn conversion that has been converted into two property's each with its own entrance and private bathroom. The main room is massive with a queen sized bed table and chairs and small kitchen area along with a few other items of furniture. The french doors open up to your own patio with table and chairs. We had a wonderful fresh continental breakfast delivered to us each morning by our host who speaks English so communication was never an issue. Having said that we were given enough privacy to really relax. There is a huge lake just down the road that you can walk round, during our stay it was 30 degrees so we went swimming in this lake to cool us and our dog (also welcome) down.

This wasn't an issue for us but if you have a dog that likes to run off there isn't a gate to stop them. if had to change one thing i would add a small fence around the patio area so we could secure our dogs a little better.... saying that a good lead can solve this problem.

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay and a short chat with the hostess that showed us around

Breakfast was delightful and suiting for us, full of tasty, bakers goods. Also the hostess was very kind and even welcomed us at the place. The bathroom was ready for guest, towels ready just for us to use, plenty of toilet paper and warm water ready to go. Bedroom had cozy setting and the beds were comfy to the extreme. Tea and coffee were plenty and free but the mini-bar was an amazing addition.

There was nothing to be annoyed about. The only thing I was dissapointed in was the fact that upper floor was unaccesible.

We hebben een hele fijne ervaring gehad in deze b&b en beveel het dan ook zeker aan wil je in de buurt van Roermond

Een hele rustige omgeving met veel natuur. Het huisje was ruim en heel comfortabel. Ook heel fijn dat we ons hondje mee konden nemen. Anouck was een ontzettend aardige en gastvrije host. Een perfecte plek om rustig te verblijven.

Goed en heerlijk rustig, na een dag outlet Roermond

Deze B&B ligt direct over het dijkje bij de leuke beachclub van de Oolderplas. Als het mooi weer is, zit je eerste rang om te gaan Suppen of andere watersporten. Bed was top! Grote tuin, auto voor de deur. Anouk reageert snel op appjes en is zeer behulpzaam. Eten haal je in het dorp met de auto.

Grotere handdoek en een 1 extra was fijn geweest. Sober, maar voldoende. 'Buren' moeten niet rumoerig zijn, was ook niet bij ons. Karig in de koffie met oud koffie-apparaat.

Zeer gastvrij, heerlijk ontbijt en rustig gelegen. Perfecte verblijfplaats om de omgeving te ontdekken.

Zeer rustig gelegen, vlak bij de Maasplassen waar we van een prachtige zonsondergang konden genieten. Lekker gegeten in de nabij gelegen Beachclub. We werden heel gastvrij onthaald en kregen er een heerlijk ontbijt bovenop. De perfecte uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes en een dagje shoppen. Een echte aanrader!

Het bijgezette bed was een beetje te hard, maar het tweepersoonsbed was prima.

De ontvangst was warm en hartelijk en de service was top. De locatie prima, de kamer mooi ruim en gezellig ingericht. Ook het sanitair was netjes.

Het tweepersoonsbed was hard. Te hard voor ons om comfortabel te slapen. Het bij gezette bed voor mijn dochter was het tegenovergestelde, die was erg doorgezakt. Uit de kraan in het keukentje kwam geen water om af te kunnen wassen.

Hat alles was man für eine Urlaub braucht!

Nettes Zimmer mit Bad und schöner Terrasse davor, das alles hatte, was man für ein schönes, erholsames Wochenende / Nacht benötigt. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die sich sehr bemüht hat, uns unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die erntefrischen Früchte aus dem Garten, die man kaufen konnte, waren etwas ganz besonderes. Beachclub um die Ecke, man fühlt sich, wie zum Kurzurlaub am Meer.

Der Aufenthalt war dermaßen angenehm, dass wir uns schon jetzt auf das nächste Mal freuen.

Die Gastgeberin war von außergewöhnlicher Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit. Das Frühstück war exzellent und perfekt. Und die gesamte Location war in allerbestem Sinne originell und ansprechend sowie geradezu vorbildlich für jedes Bed&Breakfast-Angebot.

Die Lage insgesamt und der Zugang zum Wasser waren sehr gut. Idealer Standort, um per Fahrrad die Gegend zu erkunden.

Besser wäre ein Sonnenschirm gewesen, um den Aufenthalt draußen noch mehr genießen zu können.

Wir würden es wieder Buchen

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir fanden es einmalig, das man uns das Frühstück, vor der Tür gestellt hatte. ( Daumen Hoch ) Die Brötchen waren sogar noch warm. ( Cool ) Und Die Marmelade war selbstgemacht. ( Lecker )

Pěkné ubytování se snídani a parkováním u dveří

Musím říct, ze ubytovani je sice skromné, ale jinak skvělé. Zaparkovali jsme rovnou před dveřmi a uvítala nás milá pani domácí. Vše proběhlo bez problémů i s fakturou po skončení ubytovani (pracovní cesta). V našem apartmá byla manželská postel a pohodlné rozkládací křeslo na přespání. Malá, vybavená kuchyňka a lednice s napiji byla na pokoji k dispozici. Ráno jsme měli skvělou snídani. Tak příště při návštěvě Roermondu snad budeme mít štěstí a bude zde volno.

Mega schöner Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt hier war sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist super. Kurze Wege nach Roermond, zum Wasser und zum Outlet. Alles mit den Rad problemlos zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr herzlich. Die Zimmer sind voll ausgestattet, sehr groß und sehr sauber. Das erste Highlight am Morgen ist das Frühstück! Es ist reichhaltig, frisch und mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet. Hier waren wir nicht das letzte Mal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
