Good. It was none to take the key when I left early for train but I left it on the counter.

Room was beautiful and updated. Great bed, bathroom, desk. Noisy from neighbors upstairs and road in front of hotel. The hotel has upstairs rooms at the rear facing away from the road. Should be quieter.

My first trip to Holland was wonderful. The attached restaurant was a bonus. The staff were extremely friendly & were able to help me in both German & English. The hotel is older with no air conditioning however the fan in the room was very helpful. The hotel is close to shopping & very walkable. The room was great except the view was lacking.

The room was clean and the beds reasonably comfortable although there was a hole in one of the sheets. It was located on the second floor with very steep and narrow stairs. The hotel was dog friendly which I needed but our dog was afraid of the noisy bar and the steep stairs. Location was wonderfully central and on the waterfront. The bar had a DJ late into the night (about 1:30 am) which we could hear clearly in our room. Earplugs were provided which should have been our first clue. Breakfast was nice, tea and coffee provided and staff were friendly
