Hotel was spotless and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Unfortunately during our stay, there was an unpleasant smell eminating from the downstairs toilets. Apart from that, we wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again. Other than that, we wouldnt

We’ve stayed a few times at the Dux and always had a good stay. This time the staff went above and beyond to look after us and we enjoyed a personalised card plus bottle of Prosecco to welcome us back. The outside of the holiday looked amazing with the festive decoration.

We loved this hotel and will definitely stay again. Lovely clean ultra modern hotel. Room was very spacious, bathroom area very spacious too. Fridge and a great variety of free drinks included. Excellent location. Close to market square with plenty of restaurants. Close walking distance to Designer Outlet Shopping centre. The few Staff we met were pleasant but not particularly forthcoming or welcoming.

We absolutely love Roermond and have been coming here for years. We have been coming to the Dux for a few years now and as we travel with our mini dachshunds where we stay is very important The rooms are well appointed with comfortable bed and complimentary drinks.
