A very comfortable and relaxing stay apart from the taxi issue.

Very welcoming host who went over & above requirements to make us comfortable. Able to self cater for meals. Host assisted with booking taxis etc but none were available. A friendly neighbour gave a lift in his car when we were leaving so we didn’t have to pull our luggage around.

A bit further from the station than expected……probably ideal if you have a car. My mistake to not check how far it is from the station.

I would not stay in this property due to mildew or sewage smells.

As soon as we walked in, there was a horrible smell of mildew-like or sewage pipes. This could be due to infrequent use of the plumbing or potential drainage issues, or excess moisture in the property. In general, the place was not kept up. We considered getting a hotel but at the last minute since we were only going to sleep we changed our minds. We left as soon as we woke up.

Superb

Very convenient location and Parking on the territory of the house. The room has everything you need, except mosquito repellent on the street. Therefore, it was not possible to sit outside in the evening.

Very cute flat in a nice area. It was a little bit complicated to find but the host was helping on the phone and very cooperative!

No interaction with people at check in/check out It has a small garden

The building smelled so bad that we couldn't stay there, after the first night we left booked a hotel for the rest of our stay. After only 1 night our clothes caught the bad smell as well. Everything was very old, many broken things. We booked for 3 people but the sofa didn't have any blanket and the 3rd person was cold during the night. Water was leaking in the kitchen in the spaces between the tiles probably coming from under the sink.

Very quiet area in the outskirts of Arles, which is very important in times of the feria. Everything promised was available. Friendly and quick reacting staff.

A bit far from the city center, but this was clear beforehand. Only a bakery and a small, arabian supermarket within walking distance (700 m).

Propriétaire au petit soin

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce logement. Le parking privé est très pratique, et nous étions au départ dans un premier appartement qui convenait bien. Par la suite, la propriétaire, très gentille et accueillante, nous a installés dans un logement plus spacieux tout en gardant une chambre, ce qui a été très agréable.

Petit bémol : il serait dommage de ne pas prendre un peu de temps pour rafraîchir certains détails, comme la peinture ou les joints, ce qui rendrait le logement encore plus agréable.

Poder dejar el coche dentro de la propiedad.Las explicaciones recibidas para hacer el check-in.Que tuviera aire acondicionado.

Sólo pasamos una noche ya que íbamos de paso y para eso la casa es más que suficiente pero no lo aconsejo para nada más.Las fotos deben de estar hechas hace mucho tiempo, cuando todo era más nuevo.Ahora está un poco más cochambroso todo.

Una delusione

La location

Il piccolo appartamento era veramente angusto , anche per 3 persone. Noi abbiamo dovuto lasciare i ns 3 trolley in macchina , altrimenti non ci saremmo potuti muovere . L’ interno deve essere manutenuto un minimo poiché era tutto rovinato . Le persiane in legno stinte e con la vernice che si staccava, nel bagno solo la doccia era stata rifatta , per il resto tutto lasciato andare . Zanzariere rovinate , pareti tinte in modo approssimativo , insomma si capisce che è un appartamento lasciato andare da troppo tempo . Peccato perché è inserito in un giardinetto, anche quello lasciato a se stesso , che se fosse curato sarebbe davvero accogliente . Basta poco per migliorare il tutto , ma evidentemente non c’è la volontà di farlo

El sitio era bonito , un apartamento / chalet muy cuco

Pues había muchísimos mosquitos que nos brearon y no pudimos salir al patio que nos hubiera encantado . Pero el poder dejar el coche dentro y que tuvieran detalles como dejar café para desayunar genial . La cama extra era muy difícil de montar y cerrar la puerta con llave una odisea .

Très agréable.

Le logement se situe à 20 mn de marche de la vieille ville, ce qui est un véritable atout compte tenu de la galère pour trouver une place de stationnement près de la vieille ville. Il possède également une place de parking et est situé dans un quartier calme. Il est lumineux avec tout ce qu’il faut pour y passer un séjour agréable.

Endroit calme à 20' à pied de la gare. Un magnifique figuier couvre de son ombre l'allée en béton qui donne accès à l'appartement. Cela tempère l'atmosphère dans tous les sens du terme. Volumes intérieurs agréables, bien que limités (petite table de cuisine, on circule à peine autour du lit), mais cela est compensé par des tables de jardin à l'extérieur. Litterie confortable. Accueil estival avec des boissons fraiches et de quoi se faire un goûter ou petit déjeuner.

Aspect un peu bricolé, voire même un peu dégradé des finitions d'ensemble (peintures de portes par ex ). Robinetterie de l'évier qui semble fragile à l'usage lumière chambre rafistolée...

Redelijk appartement op een goede locatie in Arles

Dit appartement staat op een prima locatie. Twintig miniten lopen naar het stadscentrum. Daar zijn alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Het appartement is netjes. De patio is rustig en heeft een gezellig zitje. Het andere appartement was iet bezet dus we hadden her rijk alleen. Als het wel bezet is, zit je wat discht op elkaar, denken we

De keukeninventaris is minimaal. Eigenlijk jammer want met wat kleine investeringen zou er veel te verbeteren zijn. Wellicht gaat de gastheer er vanuit dat je buiten de deur eet.

Faltaban algunas cosas básicas en la zona de cocina, como por ejemplo, papel de cocina o algún paño para secar la vajilla. También echamos en falta alguna toalla para las manos en el baño. Pienso que deberían mejorar algunas cosas, como los azulejos de la ducha, las puertas desconchadas y cuidar más el jardín.
