Location was a dream

They don’t clean the rooms every day, we stayed 3 nights and nobody came to clean.

The location, the staff and the Villa size with sea view.

It’s a shame that the bar is not part of the hotel. Having some sun beds available for guests would be a real plus.

Location as expected a 20 min walk into town which was fine for us. We did rent a car as well as walk into town. Excellent having the beach bar so close and the little beach to swim was perfect.

Needed to request clean towels but they were very happy to provide.

The position by beach but had to pay for loungers! Bar was not cheap.

Cleaners invited themselves in. They weren’t females and had their own cultural idea of cleaning. Bags were carried on heads???!! Fix door? Key missing to connect up/down floors. No teatowels. Ants. Welcome pack? WiFi instructions were found on the floor face down as an A4 page. Didn’t offer a shop on arrival? Washing line next to bbq. Broken poolside table. Pay for loungers!! No Spare keys. Door repairs whilst we moved in. No pool net. ( pool cleaned once in a week) No Milk/water. No Cereal bowls. Food left in cupboard. No cooking utensils. No barbecue utensils. Had to use an oven grill on rocks inside the barbecue. Cleaners did not speak English. Cleaners did not ask to clean, let themselves into the Villa, nor was there a schedule to clean? Too much shouting from staff. Had 3 sets of management in a week. Always “I’m new too!!” Towels had bleached marks. Towels not replaced after two days? Music too loud from bar on Beech. Bbq rusty - cleaned on 12/7 with soapy water on patio floor!!! Balcony floor old, possibly unsafe as only made of decking screwed to cross Timbers. Crockery in drawers?! Coffee cups in drawers? No Kitchen towels? No Surface cleaning cloths?! No welcome note, rules, wifi, inventory, checkout time, cleaner alert???? No Bbq tools and shelf is too rusty to use so use the oven shelf. One set between two floors, two kitchens!. No serving dishes for two sets of six people? Cleaners don’t have keys? Not enough cleaners. Didn’t clean 13/7 upstairs. Mildew cushions on the patio. Broken woodwork on the side tables on the patio. B.com says ‘villa’ B.com says ‘private beach’ Sunbeds €10!!! 12/7 winds blew over umbrellas, dangerous, not checked or uprighted. Could have broken windows. Umbrella broken from wind fall. We were two groups of six which I specifically named, all friends and family yet we were put between 100 m apart making sharing facilities very difficult and time-consuming.
