Anassa Mare Villas & Residences by GHH

The property was amazing and having our own private pool with a stunning view was sensational. The beach was right across the road with a little beach club Virginia was absolutely amazing! She took care of us as if we were family. She organised our car hire and boat hire, and even allowed us to stay until it was time for our ferry, which made our trip so much easier. She is such a warm, welcoming, and wonderful person who truly went above and beyond. Her kindness and hospitality took our stay to the next level, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We can't wait to come back. Thank you, Virginia to you and everyone else there for making our stay so memorable!

Virginia, the manager, provided exceptional service throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, including upgrading us to a pool villa, arranging complimentary fruit and bottled water, and assisting us with any requests whenever possible. Her attentiveness and genuine hospitality made a positive difference to our experience. The hotel's location was fantastic, providing convenient access to local attractions, restaurants, and amenities. Having a pool also made our stay much more pleasant, offering a relaxing space to unwind and escape the heat after a day of exploring.

The villa did not appear to be fully prepared for our arrival. A few details suggested that the room setup had not been completed, including curtains that were tied up in knots and housekeeping items such as brooms and dustpans being left in the villa. We also noticed that there was no dishwashing sponge provided in the kitchen, which would have been a useful addition for self-catering guests. In addition, we found the beds to be quite uncomfortable, as the mattresses felt very firm and somewhat lumpy, which affected the quality of our sleep. With a little more attention to room preparation and some updates to the bedding, the overall guest experience could be significantly improved.
