The location is good on the east coast, for all inclusive is perfect with the meals and drinks. The staff are polite and very welcoming, the pool bar has a good amount of free drinks. The main pool is very nice and has a corner with a jacuzzi, the hotel is at a walking distance to the beach all over the facilities are very good.

I received an upgrade from a room with shared pool but technically it was a downgrade because the bed was not double but two single bed joined and even if the room had a private pool this is on the north side and very cold all day plus the south side of the room was near the sewage and the smell was very bad if leaving the windows open. The food was very good all over with different cuisines every evening however I would say pass to the Chinese night, the food was tasteless different from how a Chinese meal would taste. Also, there was one of the table runners called George very rude during one night.
