September15 Boutique Suites - Nikiana

We had a wonderful stay at September15 Boutique Suites and were impressed by the quality of the property from the moment we arrived. The entire structure is modern, elegant and very well maintained, with great attention to detail. Our room was excellent and extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, making the stay very comfortable even for longer periods. The bathroom was modern, spacious and spotless, while the bedroom was comfortable and beautifully furnished. Everything felt new, clean and carefully designed. The outdoor area was also a highlight. The swimming pool is beautiful and creates a very relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying some quiet time after exploring the area. The whole property has a high-quality feel and is clearly designed to make guests feel comfortable. A special mention goes to Dora, the manager. She was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay: extremely kind, professional, helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. The way she managed everything and looked after the guests really made a difference. Her hospitality was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast deserves a special mention as well. It was excellent, with a very good variety and high-quality products. Everything was fresh, well presented and prepared with care. It was a great way to start each day.

The only real negative aspect was the amount of noise we could sometimes hear. The rooms are not as soundproofed as we would have liked, so noises from other guests could occasionally be heard quite clearly. However, I would also point out that most of these situations were not really the fault of the property itself, but rather related to the behaviour of some guests. Unfortunately, this is something that can happen in any accommodation. Improving the sound insulation would nevertheless make the experience even better.

În primul rând comunicarea cu reprezentanții prin e-mail a fost ireproșabil. Dora este minunată, plină de ospitalitate și te face să te simți extrem de bine primit. Apoi personalul era mereu disponibil și cu zâmbetul pe buze. Este un hotel boutique nou, curat și se simte calitatea în cel mai mic detaliu de la mobilă până la lenjeria de pat. Mâncarea de la micu-dejun foarte bună și diversă. Noi fiind vegani am avut opțiuni bune de legume, fructe și s-au asigurat să avem în fiecare dimineață lapte vegetal.

1. Spațiul foarte înghesuit. Deși calitatea este prezentă în orice și amenajarea făcută cu gust, camerele sunt mici. Parcarea înghesuita, ramane foarte puțin spațiu intre mașini și abia poți deschide portiera și să ieși din mașină, mai ales că sunt montați niște stâlpi pentru delimitarea locurilor de parcare și acest lucru îngreunează și mai mult accesul. 2. Politica lor de a face curățenie la 3 zile pentru un sejur de 7 nopți, dacă voiai în plus trebuia să plătești.

From the moment we arrived until the very end of our stay, Dora went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care set the tone for the entire experience — she is truly the heart of this place. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, and the pictures do it full justice — everything looked exactly as promised, and often even better in person. Beautiful design, thoughtful details, and a peaceful atmosphere throughout. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. We will be back. 👌
