Parga Beach Resort

The property is beautiful. The gardens the beach and the kids club are really well designed and beautiful. However the rooms were a bit outdated and not really clean . We had the carry wet towels everywhere as they were changed only at the reception which was a bit annoying as the resort is huge and it’s hard to carry heavy wet towels when you have a baby and equipment to carry. The food at the restaurant was tasty , and the portions were huge however is was repetitive and in each restaurant most of the dishes were similar

The beach is beautiful, the are a lot of pools so you can find a calm spot and the staff was great

Really smart resort with great pools and access to the beach. Easy walking or boat trip to Parga town.

Unfortunately, our room did not meet the standard we expected from a 5-star resort, especially considering the price we paid. We stayed as a family of four with two children aged 10 and 7. Both children had to sleep on an old sofa bed with a very uncomfortable, poor-quality mattress. For a room advertised as suitable for a family of four, I found this disappointing. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Whenever it was running, there was a strong smell of mould in the room. We reported it and the hotel changed the filters, but the problem persisted. After several complaints, we were eventually offered another room, but by then we had already settled in with two children and did not want the additional inconvenience of moving without knowing whether the alternative room would be any better. The shower hose was also badly worn and difficult to use, and there was no minibar in the room. To be fair, the staff tried to help and offered us a room change. However, for a 5-star resort at this price level, I expected a much higher standard of accommodation, comfort and maintenance. Overall, we simply did not feel that the room provided the quality or value for money that we had paid for.

The location and the sea was great. What we liked the most was the new area build with the kids club and the swimming pool. I would like to thanks the girls that took care of our child, they were great.

We have visited Greece for more than 8 years, but unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. The service from the staff was disappointing; they seemed disoriented and not very welcoming, except for the guys who helped us with our bags. The sunbeds were hard to find in a good spot, and they were also quite uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a lack of service on the beach. Our bed was uncomfortable, and the room walls appeared dirty with poor lighting. The prices were very high compared to the quality of service provided. Even though we tried to enjoy our stay without complaining too much, and our daughter found many friends to play with, the overall experience was still not what we had hoped for
