The location and the sea was great. What we liked the most was the new area build with the kids club and the swimming pool. I would like to thanks the girls that took care of our child, they were great.
We have visited Greece for more than 8 years, but unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. The service from the staff was disappointing; they seemed disoriented and not very welcoming, except for the guys who helped us with our bags. The sunbeds were hard to find in a good spot, and they were also quite uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a lack of service on the beach. Our bed was uncomfortable, and the room walls appeared dirty with poor lighting. The prices were very high compared to the quality of service provided.
Even though we tried to enjoy our stay without complaining too much, and our daughter found many friends to play with, the overall experience was still not what we had hoped for
