Domes Miramare, a Luxury Collection Resort, Corfu - Adults Only

The beach is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, with amazing water and a long stretch of shallow sea. After crossing about one metre of small stones, you reach a lovely sandy bottom. The hotel itself is very pretty and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. The staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, making you feel pampered throughout your stay without ever being intrusive. The facilities are also excellent, with high-quality equipment in the gym and beautiful swimming pools. We particularly appreciated that, even at different times of the day, we never had to wait long to find a sunbed at the beach. Our conclusion, it is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a beautiful, well-maintained environment with genuinely attentive service.

Absolutely everything. Hotel staff were exceptional: one gentleman working at the pool bar even made our dinner reservation for us while we were sitting on the sun lounger! Breakfast had everything you could wish for. Great selection of restaurants on site for all your tastes. Big shout out to the sommelier at 1962 for the Chardonnay from the special wine menu! Loved the cats who sit with you having pre-dinner drinks. We opted for one of the lowest price rooms but ended up with a sublime and spacious room overlooking the pool on the main site with beach just behind that. I would recommend all the rooms on the main site, as opposed to the rooms on the other side of the main road.

Nothing. We stupidly split our week: 4 days in Domes and 4 days in Nido… Should have done all 8 in Domes :(

Amazing hotel with a great private beach. The breakfast was incredible and everything looks luxurious

We stayed at the hotel for six days. The hotel is located far from all the main attractions, including the beautiful beaches, the Old Town, and the charming villages. Reaching most of these places required approximately one to one and a half hours of driving. Even the closest points of interest were at least a 30-minute drive from the hotel. Our room was beautiful and conveniently located near the beach and the dining area. However, the pool pumps were extremely noisy, making our stay uncomfortable. The noise was constant throughout the day and night, making it very difficult to sleep. The room cleanliness did not meet five-star standards. The floor was dirty when we arrived and was never properly cleaned during our stay. The towels felt old and worn, and after housekeeping service, face towels were often missing. When we asked to change rooms because of the constant noise, we were offered an alternative that was not comparable to the room we had originally booked. The replacement room was located at the far end of the hotel, on a higher floor, requiring us to climb a long flight of stairs, and it was much farther away from the beach. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful, except for a few employees, especially Kostas, the Reception Manager. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this hotel. Based on our experience, there are many hotels in Corfu with better locations, higher service standards, and much better value for money.
