Absolutely gorgeous hotel, and our suite was immaculate and so comfortable. Amazing shower and bathroom facilities with lots of space for pampering. The pool and surrounding area is really pretty and the daybeds super comfortable. I had the best three hour sleep I'd had in years!

We were caught up in the airport hoo ha and our flight was grounded, so we arrived 24 hours later, meaning we missed one night in our room. I kept the hotel updated, and they were very responsive but when we arrived we had to wait an hour or so to get into our room, which made me think they'd sold our room the previous evening, which is fair enough, but they didn't give us any compensation for our missed night, and we should have been able to just head straight to our room. Staff are lovely and the spa is beautiful. But something about the hotel doesn't feel Greek and could have been anywhere in the world.

Stunning pool area, the food was incredible, room decor was tasteful and modern, the bed was very comfortable, and staff were very friendly and professional

A few very minor elements in our room were broken or unfinished. This did not really impact our holiday, but you would expect that these things wouldn’t be there at this price point
