L'appartement est spacieux et dispose d'une cuisine. Il est à proximité de la plage et de quelques restaurants et boutiques. Il y a une assez belle vue sur la mer. L'immeuble dispose d'une grande piscine. L'hôte est attentif aux demandes des clients. Le ménage est bien fait.
Bien que spacieux, l'appartement est équipé de manière assez "spartiate", le mobilier et les ustensiles de cuisine sont vieillissants et tout semble calculé au plus juste. De même pour les draps et les serviettes qui ont "vécu". Les draps sont parfois troués et ont une odeur désagréable. La douche est peu pratique, il manque un flexible pour pouvoir se doucher confortablement. L'immeuble est assez mal entretenu et le sol autour de la piscine, dont les lattes s'enfoncent, est carrément dangereux. La résidence est située dans un emplacement tranquille, mais la contrepartie est le manque d'animation, de restaurants de qualité et de commerces de proximité. La plage est à quelques minutes à pied, mais le rythme des marées la rend impraticable la moitié du temps.

On a beaucoup aimé la vue de l’appartement. La localisation proche de la plage. Olivier est un hôte très disponible et nous a permis de faire des activités à moindre coût .
Les salles de bain mériteraient un rafraîchissement.

The apartment is truly amazing. You’re close to the beach, and you even have a sea view. You have everything you need right at your fingertips (think of shops and restaurants). The pool is a great alternative to the sea. We finally got to sleep in a comfortable bed again — Thai beds are generally harder, but this one was good!
For us, it was an excellent stay, and we would definitely come back here if we visit Khlong Muang again.

Mieszkanie z niezależną sypialnią, z dużym potencjałem. Właściciel posiada kilka mieszkań (nowoczesny budynek z windą), więc rezerwując nocleg nie wiadomo, które mieszkanie otrzymamy. My byliśmy ulokowani na 5 piętrze z bocznym widokiem na wodę (częściowe przysłonięcie ścianą budynku). W mieszkaniu dostępna jest kuchnia, w salonie znajduje się kanapa, otrzymaliśmy też dodatkowe łóżko dla trzeciej osoby. Nasz pobyt był udany, mieszkanie spełniło nasze oczekiwania, cena za nocleg była bardzo atrakcyjna - niższa niż w innych obiektach w okolicy. Aby umożliwić nam parkowanie na terenie obiektu udostępniono nam kartę do otwierania szlabanu. Na przekazanie i zdanie kluczy umawialiśmy się z właścicielem, który mieszka w tym samym budynku.
Podłoga wymaga wymiany - panele w wielu miejscach rozchodzą się i rozwarstwiają. Listwy przypodłogowe wymagają wymiany. Ściany są podmalowywane miejscowo i nie wyglądają dobrze. Jest sporo innych drobnych uszkodzeń, które rzutują na ogólny odbiór mieszkania: drzwi do prysznica nie przesuwają się, pojawiła się pleść pod prysznicem, spłuczka w toalecie jest uszkodzona, szuflady w komodzie nie wysuwają się (są uszkodzone), od drzwi do sypialni odpada farba, drzwi do łazienki rozwarstwiają się, patelnie w kuchni są bardzo mocno zużyte...
