Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű szállás, az apartman nem túl nagy de a jó elrendezés miatt kényelmes akár 3 ember számára is. Közel a 7 eleven, az éjszakai piac, az ao nang strand és kikötő 10 perc sétára. A szállodának gyönyörű medencéje van, és gyönyörű kilátás a hegyekre a szobából.

The apartment is located in a relatively new building with a lift. There are two air conditioners in the room, but it seemed that only one was working properly. However, since it was sufficient, it wasn’t a major issue. The bedroom can be separated from the living room with a sliding wall, which is a convenient feature.
The pool is fine for swimming, but there are few sun loungers – essentially enough for only one group. A possible solution would be to have a foldable chair in the room that can be taken to the poolside. I saw one person using their own chair this way.
Overall, the apartment was clean, but there were a few small issues that bothered me during my stay. For example, the area around the kitchen and shower faucets was not properly cleaned. I tried cleaning it myself on the last day, and it was very easy to make it spotless with the supplies available in the room (see photos). Therefore, the cleaning staff should pay a bit more attention to these areas.

L'appartamento è molto carino, dotato di tutto il necessario, angolo cottura, frigo molto grande, tavolo divano e letto molto comodo.
Bagno c9n una doccia bella grande, moderno.
Palestra aperta h24 che abbiamo usato, dotata di tutto il necessario per un buon allenamento.
Non abbiamo usato la piscina, ma anche quella molto carina, piccola ma giusta, a disposizione anche lettini (e asciugamani in camera per la piscina)
La posizione per noi è stata perfetta, al centro tra la parte destra e quella sinistra del lungomare di aonang, via molto tranquilla, con due passi sei nel pieno di tutto.
Host molto presente, mi ha sempre risposto velocemente ad ogni dubbio/richiesta.
Premetto che sono solo delle annotazioni, prenoterei nuovamente qui e consiglierò questo posto ad amici che viaggeranno, ma con alcune piccole migliorie sarebbe perfetto!
Sarebbe carino poter avere uno specchio intero, l'unico disponibile è quello del bagno, per vestirsi non è funzionale.
La tv è ottima con youtube e varie app, ma non poterla vedere dal letto (che magari in vacanza è l'unico momento) è un peccato.
Soffione della doccia, una sola regolazione, dura, quindi un pò fastidiosa sulla pelle.

The location is definitely a big advantage. It is very close to Ao Nang Beach and within walking distance of the market, which made it very convenient for food and shopping. The property also has a pool, which was a nice addition and good for relaxing.
We accidentally forgot our checkout time and realized we were already 4 hours past checkout. This was completely our mistake and has never happened to us before. Although the owner rushed to have us vacate the room quickly, they still handled the situation and allowed us to leave without major issues.
There were a few problems during our stay. First, we had an issue with the door lock. After we informed them, they sent a repair person to fix it. However, we were out for lunch at the time, and the repair person opened the lock while we were not there, leaving the room unsecured. We had valuable items inside, and thankfully nothing was stolen, but it made us uncomfortable.
Second, the shower pressure was not good. Instead of a proper spray, the water flowed like a tap, which made showering inconvenient.
Third, the air conditioning was not very effective. It took more than 2-3 hours to properly cool the room, which was frustrating, especially in the warm weather.
