The staff were excellent very accomodating and parked just outside the front door.

Excellent shower - temperature and pressure

Was a bit away from the town about a 10 min drive - mattress not so comfortable - tempura mattresses are more comfortable.

This is a lovely place to stay - clean, quiet, friendly and charming.

This is a beautiful, traditional guesthouse in a wonderful location. The interior is clean, fresh, pretty and spacious. There are nice shared areas to eat or lounge outside the rooms. The bed is comfortable. The area is quiet, other than bells and roosters and the occasional car. Staff are friendly and helpful.

A comfortable and very reasonably priced guesthouse in a very pleasant village location, ideal for exploring the Monasteries of Meteora.

This is a charming small guesthouse, although the orientation of the building does not quite do justice for the spectacular views around it which is slightly disappointing.

Well located, nice guesthouse in Meteora

It’s in the village of Kastraki, most conveniently located for hiking to the Meteora monasteries. Room is clean and well equipped, and there are cookies and coffee in the common area. There’s also a nice taverna next door.

Cannot think of anything. It’s located just by the main road, but there was not lots of traffic at night during our stay. Slept well!

Great location and nice staff! They provide great amenities for toiletries, and a nice coffee to wake you up in the morning. Really good spot to wind down and relax. Also not too far of a walk to get to the businesses / town center.

Wonderful stay

I felt very comfortable during my stay. I arrived very late, but the staff was extremely friendly and gave me detailed instructions on how to get into the guesthouse. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was beautiful and spotlessly clean — it had everything I needed. I will definitely come back. A truly ver pleasant stay! Thank you!

I love this guesthouse, the perfect solution to enjoy your visit to Meteora

Comfortable and cosy accommodation, close to the monasteries as to the small village of Kastraki. Room well furnished, with fridge and boiler. Coffee break always available for your comfort

We had a very good time at the Guesthouse. The location is fantastic and the staff is great.

The receptionist - Georgi - was super nice and super helpful. We arrived at 13:40 and the cleaning lady - Maria - asked us to wait for 5-10 min, then gave us the key to the room. She was very nice. Then Georgi came (he works 2-10 p.m.) and gave us some excellent advice on what monastery we could visit right away. He also helped us book our sunset tour of Meteora. The following day we also relied on Georgi's advice about getting to the monasteries by a local public bus. And he also helped us print our bus tickets for Delphi and booked a cab for us. The room was clean; the furniture was very good; the view of the Meteora rocks and St. Nicholas monastery were wonderful. Since we were in a village with very few lights on, the spectacle of the starry night was superb.

The air conditioning unit blows cooled air right above the headboard. We ended up sleeping with the feet at the headboard.

Cozy place in Kastraki.

George was a very friendly and helpful staff. He helped us with local information, ie, the monasteries, and also bus schedule information. The location was great, being one of the guest houses closest to the wonderful rock formations, but at the same time, it's right on the road which goes up to the monasteries so it can be quite busy and noisy. Stay in Kastraki, not Kalabaka!

Wonderful choice for visiting Meteora!

Amazing location & views. We had a room w small balcony & enjoyed some wine with spectacular views each night. Room was well appointed & staff was very pleasant. This is a great base to explore the monasteries from.

Shower was a bit small but worked just fine.

Location was absolutely perfect for the monasteries and very close to local restaurants. 30 min walk to main town centre, very doable

Unfortunately my room was on the ground floor with the window directly on the front porch which means if anyone sat out there, you'd have to close your window /curtains.
