Nice view to Meteora

We stayed over for 1 night and even beginning of January is a low season we got warm welcome with the free upgrade to the room with the mountain view. Room was spacious and with the big windows and balcony to the Meteora cliffs . Everything was clean and functional. Lady from reception give as good idea to visit also Christmas Market at Trikala which was very good addition and took as to the Christmas mood.

Because of the low season restoran was closed. The conditioner was bit noisy

Terrible insulation. You hear everything in rooms next door and in corridors. Grumpy old guy at reception. Poor welcome. Pretends to be a place where you feel like home. This is true for a lot of places in Greece but not for this one for sure!

Great hotel with great views

Great hotel in very convenient location, very close to a number of restaurants and taverns, and a short drive to the monasteries. Clean room, comfortable bed, great views on the mountains, free parking. Breakfast buffet had a great variety and the food was delicious.

A fine functional spot for a short stay.

Functional with on-site parking. Rooms are a bit dated but functional. If you’re not looking for luxury but instead want a well located jumping off point to explore, this is it. Mini mart and restaurants walking distance.

The location is perfect. I was able to hike to the top of Holy Spirit Rock which is only 7 minutes away and the monaster

The property was built to a high standard.

There wasn’t any life and soul to the hotel, I would recommend the owner and staff make more effort to bring some life to the entrance area, maybe create some atmosphere for guests when they arrive, the bar area and foyer always felt closed apart from breakfast time but there are two mini marts right next door which is handy and the surrounding views are wonderful.

Great for cyclists

Nice hotel in an excellent location. Room not huge but big enough for two, and a nice little balcony and view. They also offer excellent storage and charging for e-bikes.

The smoke from my neighbours balcony drifting into my room, had to shut the door fully, and a shower curtain that loved to cling.

Rooms good size with lovely garden views. Staff lovely and very helpful. Great breakfast. Close to some lovely restaurants. Lovely drive past monasteries nearby.

No check-in before 3pm. Bed was really hard. Very noisy - we were on second floor and above us furniture was dragged across the floor all evening until midnight. Shower non functional because shower head at knee height and no holder higher 😒

Good location but not enough room quiality.

enough parking space. reach to the room with elevator. easy to access Meteora road.

poor air conditioner (bed smell) have to open the window to circulate and also remove humidity. it results bugs( mosquitos) came to the room. no waters in it and nothing prepared like tea pot, cups, and other tissues. The furniture was week and not well organized.

Great location and friendly staff

Great location with a lot of parking spaces. The rooms were clean and comfortable, we only stayed for one night but we got a very good impression from the hotel. We had a nice view from our balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you are a going to Meteora, this hotel is a good option and a good value for money.

Mosquitos in the room. Shower hose was hand held-result very wet floor. A €6 euro trip from the town. Breakfast was fair-traditional greek.

Amazing stay

Very friendly and helpful staf. Perfect location in the walk distance from the Meteora. The best destination for the monasteries discovery. There are a lot of good restaurants and mini markets. The view from the balcony was breathtaking - mountains of the different forms and even monasteries. The room was really fine and clean with a comfortable bed, air conditioner, fridge, and kattle. And we had a nice welcome with wine and a basket of apples. We were happy to have a private parking place on the site. We liked our stay and definitely recommend this place.

Superb

Very close to the monasteries in the Meteora! Setback from the main street, so very quiet! Very friendly and helpful staff!

Bathroom is spacious, but shower was very cramped! The location of the sink partly behind the bathroom door also contributed to the space feeling more tight than it should! But those were very small quibbles!

Stunning views from balcony

View was stunning. Superior room had kettle and a complimentary water and a bottle of wine. Odd there was no coffee or tea but there was sugar Bathroom in superior room was big and spacious Hotel is very clean

There waa no staff at hotel before 3pm for check in. Luckily the lounge is open and we could wait half a hour for staff to arrive. I booked 2 rooms and there was only 1 superior room. The non superior room was a great disappointment. There was no free water in the fridge ,and no kettle . I don’t believe it would take much cost to give people travelling in hot weather a cold bottle of water for their arrival

Perfect location for a guided tour of Meteora.

It was within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores.

Finding help was difficult as the front desk was often empty. I had to wait until three for checkin as there was no staff available.

The hotel is located near Meteora Monasteries and it has a nice view. The breakfast was good. For lunch and dinner there is a very nice place near the hotel Taverna Gardenia

Playing with words

The hotel was very clean and the location was right below the meteora mountains

We booked a room with direct meteora mountains view. To our surprise the room had a view of the hotel ground floor and when looking at the right you could see the mountains. I asked for an explanation from the manager and little did I know that, "sir, you didn't book the panoramic view". Funny to say though that the photos from the room we booked had a quite well view. Pretty disappointing.. On top of that, I didn't appreciate much the bed but I guess that is not the main issue.

Parking

The receptionist (the lady with the curly hair) was arrogant, rude and a liar. I booked a deluxe room with meteors view. I was given a dark room on the ground floor overlooking the wall of the building. I asked the receptionist to change the room and show other possibilities. She said it was the last available room. She lied. On booking.com there were others available but she did not want to solve the problem. I asked for my money back so I could change hotel and she started laughing at me. She put headphones on her ears so as not to listen to me. This lady has no manners. I don't recommend this hotel. The pictures are taken from such places to make it look good but in reality it looks worse.

Rooms were clean and location is convenient

Nobody at reception until 15.00. You can't check in or leave your bags anywhere until then. Unhelpful receptionist who was uncooperative over a booking.com misunderstanding.
