Lille is wondeful just do not stay here

The location was the only good thing abouit this room

The Drunks constantly outside on the wall no Parking the nearest is at the railway station at £35 a day The room is on the 9th Floor it never worked properly we had to walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor to get it and for 12 hrs it didnt work at all the room was dirty especially around the kitchen area the bathroom was falling to pieces tiles were loose and dangerous on the balcony the curtains didnt meet the bed was tiny. The Main Balcony window was broken and wouldnt shut The owner actually sends a message just before your stay telling you the room isnt great but by then too late to change One of the worst rooms ive stayed in

Location is very good

We were unable to sleep for 2 nights due to an alarm beeping continuously. The lift was also broken, and as a result, we had to walk up six flights of stairs. I complained to the owner on check out, but he didn't reply

Kind of grungy.

The location is close to the train station and easy to find. Aside from the construction going on out front it was fairly quiet. The bed was good. Floors were clean. It felt safe there. Kitchen ware was adequate as long as you don’t plan to cook. Good water pressure.

The place is poorly maintained. Where do I start? There was mold in the washing machine dispenser which smelled bad as well as mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom sink drain is totally clogged. The pillows need replacing. The windows are so dirty it’s hard to see out. No extra linens available. No dish towel nor paper towels available and a dirty sponge. No dish drainer. A used coffee pod was stuck in the coffee machine. The hall light outside the entry door doesn’t come on until the elevator arrives, so you stand in the dark until then.

Perfect Location

Studio location was excellent. Close to shops, public transport, city centre and places of interest.

Minor details were, bed a bit small and pillows hard and no washing machine powder.

There was an iron but no ironing board. Not a complaint, but perhaps something that could be looked.

Great Place to Stay.

The location was amazing and so convenient. Easy to find the apartment. The hosts were attentive and quick to respond when initial hiccup of providing wrong locker number. The Balcony was so lovely to have especially as our apartment overlooked the gardens. Not noisy once the balcony bi-folded doors were closed. Decent sleep every night.

We had to boil a saucepan every time a cup of tea was needed as only coffee machines were provided. The fridge wasn't on and we didn't want to play with the dials to put it on (we could have asked) No plug for Bath (not a huge problem, solved it by having showers)

Spacious studio near railway stations

Quite spacious with a large terrace, just minutes from both railway stations and next to a shopping mall with a big Carrefour.

The fridge was set at its minimum, so it took an hour or two to get actually cold after changing the setting.

the location is excellent: strategically placed between the two main train stations (Flandres and Euralille), in the same building as a shopping mall, in front of the airport shuttle stop

a few details could drastically improve the quality of the stay without great expenses: leave some extra toilette paper, full batteries for the TV remote control, a couple of free coffee capsules and paper napkins

Very good

A very clean flat with good facilities and friendly host Nicholas. Perfectly situated midway between both railway stations (Lille Europe and Lille Flanders (approx. 300 metres in both directions), located on top of a huge shopping mall with a huge range of shopping outlets. A very busy location for restaurants, pubs/bars and fast food outlets but not overly noisy when it is time for settling down for the evening. Would strongly recommend.

It would have been nice to have the use of an oven but there are so many choices of places to eat you are really spoilt for choice.

Great location and convenient

- The location is excellent as it is located between 2 main train stations in Lille: Lille-Flandres and Lille Europe. - There is shopping mall just besides the apartment with food places and supermarket (Carrefour) within the mall. - There are many eateries around that area - Because it is a private apartment, there are basic appliances that can be used: electric stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine (without dryer), and hair dryer. There are utensil, plates and pots available if wish to cook. - There is balcony with table that you can sit and have view toward Lille Europe station - Easy to check in as the host sent a clear instruction through WhatsApp on the day of arrival - It is suitable for 1-2 person to stay in this apartment with a queen size bed

- There are white powder formed on the boiling metal in the water boiler (could be due to the quality of the water). - The towel is provided but not very clean as stains can be seen. - TV with TV box provided but it was not function too well (either due to the slow WIFI connection or the battery of the remote control is low) and I am only able to switch it on the first day - The light near to the door is spoilt and not usable - There is no light at the lobby while waiting for the lift to come up and I need to switch on my touch light. It only light up when the lift arrived at the level.

enjoyed my stay in Lille.

location was great. 5mins walk from the station. Close to town centre, right above Westfield shops. Apartment was small, but has a balcony almost as big as the apartment that is very multi functional. So did not feel closed in. Quite a good view and plenty of light. Host Nicolas was informative and ready to help. So felt like there would be no issues.

check in could have been earlier but cleaner does need time to do their work.

Clean, well located studio near the city centre

Host was extremely proactive and give us all the instructions in a very precise way. The location was very handy for us, we needed to be near the station and the apartment is close to both Lille Europe and Lile Flanders. It's a very modern side of Lille, in stark contrast with the beautiful city centre, so perhaps a bit unremarkable, but close to the city centre and everything you need. The studio apartment was clean and well equipped, it was really good for us for the 2 nights we spent there.

Nothing comes to mind. Perhaps a suggestion could be to add a couple more face towels for maximum comfort.

Location is superb. Overlooking Lille park. Above shopping centre. Between Lille Flanders and Eurolille.

Needs to put some effort into facilities. Simply replacing the shower curtain would dramatically improve studio.
