It was ok, but too expensive for the quality of the apartment.

Messages came on time, instructions were clear, it was easy to enter and to leave.

Extremely old property, the building smells like old, very, very old. Toilet and bathroom smells bad.

un appartement décevant

l'emplacement à 20 minutes à pied de la gare de Lille Flandres

j'avais réservé cet appartement pour le lit en 160 de large et à ma grande surprise j'ai constaté en arrivant qu'il y avait seulement un matelas en 140 posé sur un sommier en 160. La réalité ne correspondait pas du tout à la description. D'autre part l'appartement n'était pas très propre (cheveux dans la douche, poussière sur les tables de nuit). Autre point négatif le selecteur douchette était bloqué en position ciel de douche, pas trop pratique au quotidien. Au final un appartement qui manque d'entretien et qui aurait besoin d'une rénovation.

Localisation. Agencement et déco

Lit dans le salon quasiment cassé, limite utilisable, il faut dormir en diagonale et éviter les trous. Nuisances sonores dans l’immeuble, dues à la fois à une mauvaise isolation et bruits importants dans l’escalier dus à des groupes de personnes. Odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain.

Grande déception

L'emplacement

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans l'appartement le ménage n'avait pas été fait, les draps n'étaient pas changés, des miettes sur la table, des bouteilles d'eau entamées dans la chambre. Après un appel auprès de l'hebergeur le ménage à été fait nous avons dû prendre l'appartement plus tard, la personne m'a informé que l'on me ferai un geste commercial remboursement des frais de ménage à ce jour aucun remboursement. Le lave vaisselle sale lui aussi et ne fonctionne pas. Le matelas n'avait pas les bonnes dimensions avec le cadre de lit. Poubelle sans couvercle pas très hygiénique avec la chaleur. L'immeuble est sale et dès l'entrée ça sent mauvais. Quel déception 1ere fois que nous avons un cas pareil et pourtant nous avons fait de nombreuses réservations avec Booking.
