Totally recommend it for a professional trip, very comfortable and quiet!

The host was very helpful and friendly, the room where I stayed was spacious with many amenities (especially in the kitchen, there was everything that you would need during your stay). The location was really close to a metro stop, and my room was really quiet.

Just minor things, like the absence of toilet paper in the toilet and the fact that there weren’t any supermarkets in the vicinity.

Bad experience!

It was a terrible experience - the keys to our room that were supposed to be in a trunk were missing. Nobody from the reception answered my calls. I had to wait for a couple of hours for anyone from the hotel staff to arrive and hand the keys to me. Poor organization! EDIT: I received an email telling me that the hotel agreed to refund a part of my stay within 10-15 business days but I still haven't received the refund, and it's been almost 3 months already! I am not going to let it go, that's not how you deal with your customers.

Séjour agréable à proximité de l’université car possibilité d’y aller à pied.

J’ai vraiment apprécié l’accueil et la communication avec Magali. C’est une personne très agréable et surtout très serviable.

Malheureusement les personnes qui séjournent ici ne respectent pas forcément les équipements : je n’ai donc pas d’avis négatif à communiquer à cet établissement

無し｡バスの到着が遅れた為施設に着いたのは19時を少し過ぎ｡レセプションは19時に閉まり無人｡電話するも録音テープが流れるのみで応答なし｡成す術が全くなく途方に暮れその場で他の宿を探し移動するしかありませんでした｡何故キーボックスを設置しオンラインでのセルフチェックインのシステムを導入していないのでしょう？

Eine Art Studentenwohnheim, gepflegt und voll ausgestattet, auch mit Waschmachine etc. Dasselbe gilt für das schöne Apartment mit Bad und Küchenzeile. Das Zentrum ist nicht weit, den ÖPNV habe ich allerdings nicht ausprobiert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ums Eck.

Das Gebäude liegt unmittelbar an einer Autobahnausfahrt. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte sich etwas anderes suchen.

Suffisant si on n'est pas trop regardant

L'emplacement me convenait car à 10 min à pieds du lieu de réunion. Le petit frigo à disposition, même si il était bruyant la nuit. Les serviettes de toilette en suffisance. La surface du studio et de la salle de bain étant très correcte.

Personne à l'accueil à mon arrivée vu l'heure(18h30). Un parcours proche d'un escape game quand on arrive en voiture pour récupérer les clefs(, suivre un long mail à la lettre 😱au risque de se faire enfermer dans le parking) l'entrée principale étant vraiment très mal renseignée aux abords de la résidence. L'impossibilité de laisser la fenêtre ouverte malgré la canicule et l'absence d'air co car ma chambre donnait sur l'autoroute. Le studio mériterait un nettoyage de fond en comble et un bon coup de rafraîchissement!(table abîmée, WC complètement entartré, poussières accumulées sur les pleinthes...) Absence de tv dans le studio alors que renseigné ds la réservation. La douche n'est absolument pas une douche italienne et la fixation du pommeau était défectueuse.

Chambre spacieuse et matelat confortable. Tres bien pour une personne. Résidence calme

Le store de la fenêtre était cassé donc je devais ouvrir la fenêtre pour avoir du jour mais ma fenêtre donnant sur la route, le bruit de la circulation était trop fort donc je l’ai laissee fermée et j’ai allumé la lumière allumée en plein jour . Petit déjeuner très léger , 2 biscuits emballes pour 2 matins et du thé.
