Key box password I was given was wrong and the host could not be reached. Never entered the property

When I arrived at the location I followed the instructions sent to me through booking. The code I was given for the key box, but unfortunately it did not open it. For one hour i was standing in front of the door, trying to reach to the host, but with no success. I called more than 30 times, but there was no answer, frustratingly always leading to his voicemail. I've sent messages through booking.com, but they were also never answered. I had to book another stay for the same night.

Good price but basic things missing

Location and quiet and clean

No pillow slips for the one pillow, no coffee maker, not even a coffee plunger. No lighting in the kitchen area, only a dim one in the exhaust.Hand basin is way too small - hard not to splash water on the counter. The one armchair was uncomfortable.

Les voisins ne sont pas bruyants mais c’est tellement insonorisé qu’on entend tout. L’éclairage La télé dont la connexion ne semble pas fonctionner

Peu équipé.

L'emplacement de ce logement est idéal, que ce soit pour le travail ou un séjour de loisirs et de découverte

Comme j'ai constaté, après coup, dans les commentaires précédents, des équipements essentiels font défaut comme l'absence de cafetière... même manuelle, et peu de couverts. La box n'avait aucune connexion internet, et malgré des reboots, elle ne fonctionnait pas. Donc pas de wifi, et pas de télé programmée non plus. L'appartement est mal insonorisé et le voisinage direct est bruyant. Je suis restée une semaine et je ne me suis pas sentie confortablement installée, la literie n'est pas top, couette trop légère pour un mois de janvier. Je suis désolée d'apporter un commentaire peu positif, ce qui n'est pas dans mes principes. Apparemment certains commentaires rejoignent le mien sur les différents points évoqués. Dommage car l'appartement est joli.

Bien, Propre, Bien Place, Vraiment Bien ! Et Chaud alors qu'il gelait bien dehors...

Appartement petit mais excessivement bien fonctionnel, salle d'eau excellente, petite cuisine tres equipe, JUSTE BIEN et vraiment bien place, la station de metro est a 7 mn a pied ! Attention la recuperation des cles est technique : un boitier attache a proximite de la porte, code a composer pour recuperer le set de cles, c'etait la premiere fois de ma vie que je recuperai les cles de cette maniere !

Je regrette qu'apres avoir laisse un ou deux messages a mon hote pour lui expliquer que j'avais bien applique les regles de depart avec photo a l'appui envoye par sms je n'ai eu aucune reponse, pas un "merci", en fait rien ! Dommage... Pourtant l'accueil est la plus grande qualite des gens du Nord et c'est un Breton qui parle... (desole mais clavier qwerty)

Décevant !

En arrivant je constate que la Wifi ne fonctionne pas, ni la TV. J'ai essayé de contacter le propriétaire, lui ai laissé un message sur son tel. portable + ai envoyé un mail ; les deux sont restés sans réponse ! Aucune réactivité ! Appartement pas très bien chauffé, ménage à revoir, je ne reviendrai pas.

La décoration

L’insonorisation, le manque de chauffage (impossible de prendre une douche), pas de télévision, pas de machine à café à disposition, deux vieux sachets de thé tout froissés qui se battent en duel avec trois tubes de sucre peu ragoûtants, aucun contact avec l’hôte et ce malgré de nombreux appels téléphoniques et messages laissés sur son répondeur, les bruits du voisinage toute la nuit, le quartier mal fréquenté …conclusion : nuit blanche et très longue car sans télé. Je ne comprends pas les commentaires positifs des autres usagers mais entièrement d’accord avec les commentaires négatifs portant sur ce bien.

Difficile de juger car je n'ai jamais eu accès au logement...

Une fois arrivée devant l'entrée, j'ai constaté que le code d'accès que j'avais reçu ne me donnais pas accès aux clés placées dans un coffre sécurisé. La veille pourtant j'avais bien reçu confirmation et les instructions me donnant accès au logement. J'ai donc tenté de contacter par téléphone le propriétaire qui ne m'a pas répondu. Finalement après plus d'une deme-heure d'attente, je reçois un message via la platteforme Booking m'annonçant qu'il y a eu un souci. En effet, le logement avait été booké deux fois, et donc une autre personne avait déjà pris possession des lieux ! Me voilà donc quoique car plus de logement. J'ai du prendre une autre réservation dans un hotel et demander compensation à Booking pour l'ereur. Tout a fini par se résoudre, mais bon pas agréable comme expérience...

Logement juste de passage, sans impératif pour le lendemain, mais déconseillé pour les RDV importants.

Appartement en propreté et en fonctionnalité. Il est idéalement configuré pour 1 personne. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour faire le lit et y trouver le confort dans les rangements.

DÉCONSEILLÉ SI RDV IMPORTANT LE LENDEMAIN - nuisance sonore. (Impossible de se reposer ou dormir. La chasse d’eau de l’appartement du dessus donne l’impression qu’une cascade nous tombe sur la tête. Et les voisins, qui vivent dans leurs logements, travaillent et rentrent entre 1h et 3h du mat en se faisant à manger et en allumant la TV, isolation sonore mauvaise donc impossible de dormir) - une fois les clés récupérées, aucune information sur le numéro d’appartement. Ni par e-mail, ni sur les clefs. Il faut tester, au hasard avec les clés et trouver le logement. Jeu, dont on se passerait bien. - pas d’essuie-tout, donc à prévoir si vous prévoyez de manger.

Appartement très joli, propre, décoré avec goût et avec tout ce qu'il faut. Le lit est très confortable. Très bien placé, très bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

Tout a été très bien, la seule remarque est que le lavabo de la salle de bain est un peu petit.

Endroit parfait pour un week-end ou quelques jours, très bien situé !

Emplacement parfait avec plein de bars autour. Idéal pour ce que j’avais à faire, j’ai pu tout faire à pieds sans prendre les transports. Et le quartier est vachement sympa !

J’ai tout apprécié mais j’ai quand même deux petites suggestions : il manque un tire-bouchon et quelques verres de vin 😊. Mais au sinon, tout est nickel !

Mehdi a été super sympa et nous a arrangé pour l'accueil. Le logement est bien placé et à proximité du centre (10-15min à pied). Vous avez tout ce qu'il vous faut aux alentours.
