Fantastic views of Meran and valley, surrounded by majestic mountains.

Quaint. The landscape here is so beautiful and to be in the middle it, half way up a mountain, amongst the farmers and hikers, is surely special. To stay at a chair lift and a basket lift is convenient and fun too .The tourist pass is great for travel in this region and of course for the environment too. Makes getting around easy. But the hosting family and employees are helpful and friendly. Food is more than enough and the rooms and common areas are always clean.

-Wunderschöne Lage der Unterkunft (ruhig und idyllisch gelegen) -Leckeres Abendessen -Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen

-Keine Begrüßung beim Check-in -Personal ist leider unprofessionell und nicht umsichtig; macht nur das Allernötigste -Frühstück ist sehr eintönig und abgezählt -Freitags ist kein Kellner verfügbar, sodass der Gast die Arbeiten des Kellners übernimmt -Ambiente im Innen- und Außenbereich bietet keinen Erholungseffekt (keine Dekoration wie Blumen, Kerzen, ect. und lieblos eingerichtetes Gasthaus) -Verhalten der Gastgeber ist oftmals unangemessen (z. B. häufig Konflikte zwischen dem Personal, genervtes und lustloses Auftreten, unprofessionelle und lieblose Servierung des Essens, Wünsche werden nicht erkannt)

Ein sehr schöner Wanderurlaub!

Der hauseigene Korblift, der einen in ca. 10 min zur Leiteralm bringt, Kosten je nur 1€ pro Fahrt als Gast. Zimmer war sauber, eigener Balkon mit schönem Blick in die Natur. Ruhige, idyllische Lage, top Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

WLAN ging teilweise nicht, aber man hatte ansonsten schon Internetempfang.

Unica nota positiva di questa struttura la posizione panoramica; facilmente raggiungibile in macchina e comoda per prendere la cabinovia per salire in quota o scendere in paese.

Questa struttura é stata una delusione totale e non ha rispettato le premesse di quanto visibile sul portale di Booking; il tutto nonostante le gentilezza della proprietaria. - strutturare trascurata e sporca in molte parti ( impossibilità totale di usare il balcone ); - servizi assenti (stanza fatta e rifatta in modo superficiale). Il venerdì nessun servizio per camere e ristorante (che comunque ho pagato ma non viene scontato); - troppe mosche durante i pasti ( forse a causa della stalla troppo vicina?); - personale scortese; - noi eravamo nella struttura “secondaria” a 5 minuti a piedi in mezzo al bosco ( la sera non c’è una luce ad indicare il percorso su strada di ciottoli sconnessa).

Perfetto per chi vuole una vacanza in agriturismo

Che bella esperienza ! L’atmosfera di una vera Gasthaus , il paesaggio da cartolina e la presenza della padrona di casa che sembrava la protagonista di un film sempre pronta ed esaudire le richieste degli ospiti ci hanno conquistato . Non aspettatevi lusso e comodità ma la vita di campagna

Der schöne Ausblick und die unglaublich tolle Atmosphäre. Jeden Morgen war der Frühstückstisch liebevoll gedeckt und lies keine Wünsche offen. Obwohl wir nur mit Frühstück gebucht hatten, konnten wir abends im Gasthaus essen. Das Essen war immer frisch, mehr als ausreichend und verdammt lecker. Der Service von der Dame des Hauses war immer sehr liebevoll. Man hat sich immer willkommen und rundum wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Es ist eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tag sehr willkommen. Wir hatten mit Halbpension gebucht und wurden jeden Abend mit einem 3 Gänge Menü verwöhnt. Sehr abwechslungreich und kaum zu schaffen. Die Gastgeberin ist so zauberhaft ,genauso wie das Personal. Von der Unterkunft kann man sehr gut wandern. Es ist eine einfache Unterkunft ,aber sehr sauber. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal dorthin reisen.

Un casa immersa nella vegetazione con balcone su un bel panorama su Merano. Possibilità di tenere il proprio cane con se.

Struttura datata gestita da una persona anziana con l'aiuto di qualche collaboratore. Purtroppo a nostro avviso la gestione é tesa al massimo contenimento dei costi e poco attenta ad agevolare il cliente nonostante l'importo speso (79,00 euro a persona al giorno a fine giugno). Pochissima attenzione alla pulizia soprattutto nella zona pranzo dove spesso rimanevano briciole o tovaglioli caduti per terra delle volte precedenti. Nessuna tovaglia era presente sul tavolo per la cena. Il menù era molto limitato cui l'unico piatto da poter scegliere era il primo mentre secondo e dessert erano giá stabiliti dal gestore. Tale menù poteva subire cambiamenti comunicati al momento stesso della cena. Nessuna presenza di buffet né a cena né tantomeno a colazione (che solitamente quest'ultima viene servita con questo sistema). Le camere seppur datate erano nel complesso pulite. La pulizia però non viene effettuata nella giornata del venerdì in cui la struttura ha il riposo settimanale. I materassi dovrebbero essere sostituiti in quanto molto scomodi non dormendo affatto bene. Nota dolente il caffè che veniva preparato su una vecchia macchina e quindi alcune volte non era il massimo è purtroppo. Su questo ci scherzava il cameriere che diceva che bisognava fare un caffè alla volta in quanto la macchina era vecchia e la proprietaria non voleva comprare una nuova. Mi ha ricordato il "modus viventi" dei miei nonni... ma se questo stile può essere insindacabile in ambito privato non lo può essere in una struttura ricettiva con clienti di diversa tipologia ed esigenza. La struttura era frequentata durante il nostro soggiorno solo da turismo straniero che, parlandoci assieme, ritiene buono il servizio offerto. Noi non ci siamo lamentati con la gestione. Inizialmente per non essere polemici alla prima mancanza rilevata.
