The whole staff was very friendly and helpful and the dinner I had quite delicious

In the room there was no air conditioning and the single bed I booked was quite smaller then excepted so the two nights I spent there I couldn't sleep as it was to hot and also the room kind of claustrophobic. In the toilet no shower gel and shampoo, would have been nice if this was written beforehand as I didn't bring any with me and I came by plane....

Bellissimo soggiorno a Lagundo, da ripetere!

Struttura bellissima e molto nuova, camera ampia e accogliente con vista sui monti, pulizia top, gentilezza e accoglienza per noi e la nostra cagnolina! La colazione era ottima con prodotti del territorio e di qualità. Abbiamo anche approfittato del ristorante una sera e siamo rimasti felicemente sorpresi della golosità dei piatti. Parcheggio ampio, anche al coperto, posizione centralissima per raggiungere Merano e per le passeggiate a Lagundo. Siamo stati poco ma davvero bene, torneremo sicuramente, specialmente avendo visto la bellissima zona benessere di cui purtroppo per le tempistiche ristrette non siamo riusciti ad approfittare.

Onestamente nulla, non abbiamo trovato pecche né alla struttura né al servizio. Grazie.

Mi sono divertito ed ho trascorso un weekend rilassante.

Posizione molto bella, colazione ottima e abbondante ed il personale si è dimostrato gentilissimo.

Non mi è piaciuto il bagno con parete e porta a vetro che separa dalla camera, non è il massimo della privacy. Manca il frigo in camera.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und gut aufgehoben.

Das Hotel ließ keine Wünsche offen und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der familiäre Umgang mit den Gästen. Das Restaurant bietet Gourmet Essen und ist zu empfehlen.

Traumhaftes Meraner Land

Das Hotel ist leicht zu finden, liegt in Lauflage des Zentrum und der Bushaltestellen und selbst in Forst (Brauerei) ist man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Schön zwischen Apfelplantagen am Hang gelegen. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden und ein schönes, großes und sauberes Zimmer (Nr. 340). Zum Geburtstag gab' s ein schönes Gedeck und Glückwünsche- prima & Danke!

So modern es von außen wirkt, innen ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Aufzug zum Beispiel erfordert Geduld und Vertrauen. Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns mehr Vielfalt und regionale Produkte erwartet - die Sennerei Algund ist nur 100 Meter entfernt, gegeben hat es aus ihr nichts. Auch an den Servietten merkt man, dass gespart wird. Fehlende Bewertungspunkte auch wegen der Dame am Empfang (Chefin?), deren Begrüßung zumindest als eigen bezeichnet werden darf. Die Sauberkeit wäre topp zu bewerten gewesen, wären da nicht immer die Wasserflecken an den Edelstahlkännchen gewesen - auch im Schwimmbad an den Duschtrennwänden.

Ein sehr gutes Frühstück, ein sehr gutes Abendessen, vom Personal über die Chefin alle sehr freundlich zuvorkommend. Würde dieses Hotel immer weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar! Tolles Zimmer, sehr geräumig mit sehr schöner Terrasse. Super Abendessen, Personal sehr freundlich und sehr tierlieb. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Atmosphäre war sehr entspannend und angenehm.

Piacevolissima scoperta!

Bella struttura circondata da meleti a pochi passi da Merano. Dotata di molti confort: piscina esterna ed interna, saune e bagno turco, garage esterno e al coperto. La stanza era ampia e pulita, pavimentazione in legno, letto comodissimo e bagno con prodotti per la doccia e phon. Personale molto gentile e disponibile: ci hanno lasciato utilizzare la piscina anche dopo il nostro check-out. Colazione abbondante con vasta scelta. Possibilità anche di cenare.

Ruhige modern eingerichtete Zimmer mit allen Comforts, den Pool im gepflegten Garten, das üppige Frühstücksbüffett und das immer freundliche Personal. Lage an ruhiger Straße ohne Verkehrslärm.

Lage in den Kurven unmittelbar oberhalb von Algund macht es etwas schwieriger aus dem Hotel spazieren zu gehen. Meran nur mit Auto erreichbar.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Es ist vor ein paar Jahren renoviert worden und ist jetzt sehr modern und schön ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Vom Hotel kann man sehr schöne Wanderziele erreichen.

Frühstück war gut Lage : nicht weit vom Zentrum und auch von Meran sehr gute Busanverbindungen Ausstattung: renoviert und modern eingerichtet Rollläden (was man äußerst selten hat) sehr schöner Wintergarten zum frühstücken toller Wellnessbereich und Gartenanlage (Pool)

Zimmer: leider Blick zum Berg, vorne raus wäre schöner gewesen keine Klimaanlage Glastür ins Bad/Toilette - keine Intimsphäre habe Vergrösserungsspiegel zum schminken vermisst
