Tutto meraviglioso. L'accoglienza, la pulizia della camera, il letto di una comodità unica ed infine l'area wellness con varie saune, area relax, possibilità di prenotare trattamenti corpo. All'ultimo piano una piscina infinity riscaldata che ti permette di godere di una vista pazzesca, circondata dalle montagne innevate. Ottima la colazione a buffet dolce/salata. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Rapporto Prezzo/qualità ottimo.

Meraviglia delle meraviglie

La struttura si presenta nuova, finemente arredata fin nei più piccoli dettagli, calda ed accogliente. Il personale è disponibile e gentile e non manca assolutamente nulla. C’è perfino una grande zona soggiorno dove leggere un libro fare un gioco di società o stampare le proprie foto ricordo! C’è la sauna e la piscina riscaldata, un bar interno sempre aperto ed una sala videogiochi con Xbox e nintendo! Cosa manca? Solo più tempo per poterla visitarla più spesso!!

Centro benessere con aree dedicate piccole e quindi poco capienti! La sauna non proprio calda! Assenza di bagno turco! Piscina esterna se pur riscaldata, l’acqua è risuolata tiepida e non calda tale da essere gradevole stando all’esterno e con neve sulla montagna.

Ein schönes gepflegtes & sauberes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Highlight für uns war der Infinity Pool mit wundervollem Panorama.

Oasi di relax

Posizione eccezionale e viste mozzafiato anche dalle proprie camere. In particolare le camere al piano terra hanno l'accesso al giardino e a un piccolo spazio esterno. Area relax accogliente con sauna; piscina esterna riscaldata, che offre un'esperienza originale con una vista da favola. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, anche per accompagnare i clienti gratuitamente a Lagundo e Merano con una navetta.

Mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in più dalla colazione, magari con più prodotti tipici. Fascia di prezzo alta, che potrebbe far preferire strutture vicine più economiche ma il Kassian offre oggettivamente qualcosa in più.

Weekend fantastico, struttura di alto livello.

L'hotel è semplicemente incredibile. La struttura è di alto livello e molto tipico nelle finiture (legno ovunque), dotato di un bel ristorantino e bar con super terrazza panoramica, una spaziosa biblioteca con area relax con poltrone e divani e una piccola stanza per i bambini con giochi e due postazioni con play station4 e xbox. Purtroppo per questioni di tempo non siamo riusciti a vedere la SPA. La nostra camera, una junior suite con terrazza (che poi terrazza non era perchè era un meraviglioso patio con giardino dotata di sdraio) era molto spaziosa (credo all'incirca 65/70mq) con parquet in legno riscaldato, un bagno cieco con wc e bidet e un piccolissimo lavandino e separato un grande mobile con due lavandini e una super doccia, una cameretta con letto matrimoniale e tv e una zona living con un altro letto matrimoniale extralarge, divano e TV. Insomma la struttura in generale è davvero molto bella , il personale è super gentile e disponibile. Per chi non vuole prendere la macchina la struttura organizza le navette. Ci tornerei adesso e lo consiglio a tutti.

LA POSIZIONE PERMETTE DI RAGGIUNGERE COMODAMENTE SIA LE CITTA' CHE I BELLISSIMI SENTIERI. L'HOTEL HA UN'AMPIA TERRAZZA PANORAMICA E LE CAMERE SONO BEN ARREDATE E SILENZIOSE.

PURTROPPO IL RISTORANTE ERA CHIUSO, COSI' COME L'IDROMASSAGGIO ESTERNO. L'HOTEL DOVREBBE FAR RISPETTARE UN POCHINO DI PIU' IL SILENZIO NELL'AREA RELAX CHE PURTROPPO NEL PERIODO DELLA MIA PERMANENZA ERA MOLTO RUMOROSA. AGGIUNGEREI AL BUFFET DELLA SPA DELLA FRUTTA SECCA.
