Se tornerò a Merano sicuramente contatterò questo hotel.

Pozione comoda perché fuori paese, ma si poteva raggiungere facilmente. Colazione con prodotti di qualità e con diversa scelta. Area spa pulita e confortevole.

Non mi è piaciuta la moqhette in camera... avendo problemi di asma allergica ho notato che c'era più polvere rispetto a un pavimento normale.

Ein Perfekter Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder

Gastgeber freundlich und auch unkompliziert bei Wünschen, Hotel in gutem Zustand, Badzimmer neu renoviert, Frühstücksauswahl riesig, Pool angenehm warm, Sauna war am Nachmittag immer eingeschaltet + Bademäntel und Handtücher gab es auch reichlich, Fahrräder in Tiefgarage abstellen kein Problem

Es war ein sehr schöner und entspannender Aufenthalt.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und von sehr guter Qualität. Es wurden sogar frische Eierspeisen nach Wunsch zubereitet. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr schön und ruhig und sonnig mit schöner Aussicht. Das kleine Hallenbad mit kleinem Wellnessbereich (Thermalbox) sowie der Garten waren sehr schön.

Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist in die Jahre gekommen sowie auch die Dekoration. In den allgemeinen Räumen (ausser dem Frühstücksraum) hat es eigenartig gerochen.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer, schönes Bad, schöne Terasse. Großer TV, WLAN. Im Hotel gibt es einen Spa Bereich/Pool mit Liegewiese. Gutes Frühstück entweder auf der Terasse mit schöner Aussicht, oder im Frühstücksraum bei schlechtem Wetter. Super Fahrradkeller. Parkplatz beim Hotel. Gute Lokale, fußläufig zu erreichen.

Non do una valutazione alla struttura in quanto non vi ho potuto soggiornare ma all'umanità dei gestori. Una settimana fa li ho contattati per spiegargli che avrei dovuto annullare la mia prenotazione perché purtroppo mio figlio ha avuto un uncidente e quindi non saremmo più potuti andare a Merano. Sapevo che la prenotazione era non rimborsabile ma speravo nel buon cuore dei proprietari , la loro risposta è stata siamo spiacenti ormai la camera è pagata. Avrebbero benissimo potuto farmi pagare una penale ma non tutto. Grazie ancora per la vostra comprensione...
