Ideal for a short stay in the Merano area

The accommodation was well appointed and very comfortable. The rooms were ideal for a couple and when the weather allowed we enjoyed the large balcony. The spa pool and jacuzzi were a nice addition. The staff were great and very helpful. The location is good for walking and enjoying the oddest mountain chair lift we have ever seen….but it was great. Found a great local restaurant which was walking distance - Gstor and a lovely restaurant a short drive away called the Leister gasthaus.

Amazing facilities

The apartment was very nice and clean with big rooms and a big terrace. We were provided towels, bedlinen and bathrobes, with flip flops to use in the apartment and at the spa. Breakfast was abundant with plenty of savoury and sweet food. The wellness area was the best part!

Warm welcome

When we arrived at the hotel, the lady at the reception provided us a friendly welcome. During our entire stay the staff made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The facilities were very nice, clean and looked very new. We had a great stay.

La struttura dista a pochi km da Merano. È una nuova struttura con piscina e Spa disponibili a tutti. La camera accogliente, pulita e spaziosa. Consigliata.

ECCEZIONALE!!!

Posizione perfetta per visitare Merano e Bolzano. Lo stesso paese di Lagundo è molto carino e merita una visita ( nel periodo natalizio soprattutto la foresta natalizia della Forst). La struttura e le camere sono moderne e bellissime. Area wellness un gioiellino. Staff gentile e super disponibile nell' accogliere tutte le nostre richieste. La prossima volta che visiteremo queste zone torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura.

L'unica area di miglioramento potrebbe essere la colazione. Pur essendo di qualità, visto il costo, potrebbe essere un pochino più varia (soprattutto nella parte dolce)

Grosszügiges Zimmer. Schöner Pool. Leckeres Frühstück. Nettes Personal. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Das Zimmer war etwas überheizt, so dass es auch in der Nacht trotz offener Balkontür und reduzierter Thermostateinstellung nicht ausreichend abgekühlt hat.

Sehr gute Appartments

Ein grundsätzlich sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel/Appartmentkomplex. Das Frühstück ist wirklich großartig, ein paar Feinheiten könnten 10/10 bringen, wie mehr Abwechslung/mal Lachs/Avocado oder herzhafte Aufstriche. Rührei etc. auf Bestellung incl.. Sehr schönes großes und helles Appartment. Preis-Leistung OK könnte etwas günstiger sein. Lage top, Waalweg zu Fuß erreichbar, einfache Busverbindung Richtung Meran.

Fehlende Info, dass Außenpool und Außenjaccuzi NICHT BEHEIZT sind. Fehlen von Duschgel im Schwimmbadbereich. Die Rezeptionisten (mehrere) sind nicht wirklich gut informiert oder wollten keine guten Auskünfte bzgl. Seilbahnen/Wanderungen in der Umgebung geben. Besser selbst recherchieren. Der Wellnessbereich könnte hier und da neuen Anstrich vertragen und etwas aufgehübscht werden.

Ottimo soggiorno! Ci siamo trovati benissimo, camera spaziosa dotata di angolo cottura con tutto il necessario, grande terrazzo e bagno con doccia matrimoniale. Molto fornita anche la colazione. Un plauso alla zona relax e benessere. Il tutto a due passi da Merano. Ci torneremo!

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit Liebe dekoriert, mit familiärer Atmosphäre

Das Personal war super freundlich, das Hotel sehr schön. Schöne große Wohnung, wir haben zu viert genug Platz gehabt. Die Bushaltestelle war gleich ums Eck. Das Frühstück war gut, man hat alles gehabt, was man braucht.

Obwohl die Wohnung sehr schön war, hat uns die Glaswand zum Bad nicht so gut gefallen. Es hat für unsere Töchter am meisten (Jugendliche 🙂) die Intimität beim Duschen gefehlt. Sie haben sich immer im Eck beim Duschen versteckt, um nicht von uns gesehen zu werden. Ein anderer Vorhang oder eine andere Lösung wäre besser gewesen. Die Beleuchtung war sehr nett, aber wir hätten stärkeres Licht gebraucht, in der Nacht, wenn man etwas gesucht hat oder allgemein im Bad beim Schminken z. B. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten und ändern trotzdem nicht unsere Meinung, dass es ein sehr schönes Hotel ist, mit Liebe zum Detail, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir empfehlen euch gerne weiter 😊

Ein super Hotel , da bleiben keine Wünsche offen .Alles wie beschrieben . Super freundliches Personal und Chefin. Das Appartement ist groß und gut ausgestattet , großer Balkon mit Tisch ,Stühlen , Liegen und zusätzlich Sofa .Zimmerausstattung mit Bademantel , Badeschuhe für jeden Gast Button dass wir unsern Bademantel am Pool wieder finden. Küche im Appartement mit toller Ausstattung mit Kaffeemaschine oder Kapselmaschine.SelbstKaffeefilter waren vorhanden.Kühlschrank mit Eisfach .Innen /Aussenpool und Whirlpool innen und außen waren zur Benutzung Bereitung und sehr gepflegt .Schöne Saunen.Sehr großer Fitnessraum mit vielen Geräten. Parkhaus ist groß und sehr sauber. Mülltrennung perfekt organisiert.Frühstück war reichlich und lecker.Brötchenservice ,bei Selbstversorger.Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Gästekarte kam abends vor Anreise per email . Top .Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen sie gerne weiter .

De ruimte, faciliteiten en hoe netjes en schoon het was

Klein minpuntje, maar 1 trolley voor koffers. Die was op de ochtend van vertrek ruimschoots in gebruik van andere gasten.
