The perfect hotel for a quiet, relaxing holiday

Avidea is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. It was so peaceful (adults only) from the moment we arrived, and the staff had thought of absolutely everything in order to make our stay perfect. The views are stunning, the hotel is on the beautiful Algunder Waalweg, the food was delicious from breakfast to dinner, with a huge variety, something for everyone, and the staff took care of our special dietary requirements without us even having to remind them each day. The spa and rooftop pool were superb and we enjoyed our massages very much. We would love to return one day! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so perfect.

Exceptional place for a getaway

Quiet with a lovely setting, far from the noise and the daily stress. Attentive and professional staff. Very good facilities, spa, heated pool, sauna and other excellent amenities. Fantastic meals, both dinner and breakfast. Spacious comfy modern room.

Everything is close to perfection. A very small personal issue with the pillow. It was too soft. But again nothing important.

Bellissima esperienza di relax all'Avidea tornerei domani! La piscina rooftop davvero top e la formula all inclusive di qualità.

Le attività di fitness non disponibili nei giorni della ns permanenza (domenica e lunedì) che forse porevano essere garantiti visto il periodo di vacanze natalizie e non chiarite in anticipo dallo staff, cmq sempre cortese e disponibile.

La cordialità dello staff e la formula all inclusive

Purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative per un hotel spa a 5 stelle. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e nessuno ci aveva avvisato preventivamente della chiusura imminente della struttura (2 giorni dopo) e abbiamo scoperto solo in loco che, a causa di tale chiusura non erano previste attività di alcun tipo, cosa che ha reso il soggiorno piuttosto piatto e poco stimolante. Inoltre sempre per questo motivo abbiamo dovuto lasciare la struttura alle 11 senza possibilità di prolungare la giornata in day spa come accade in strutture simili e per noi che ci eravamo organizzati il weekend in questo modo, è stata una mancanza. La sera finale, prima della chiusura della struttura, era disponibile un solo menù, senza possibilità di scelta e senza buffet, un servizio che ci si aspetta da una struttura di questo livello, soprattutto considerando il prezzo e la categoria dichiarata. Anche la spa è risultata un po’ deludente: l’acqua delle piscine era abbastanza fredda, e le saune aprono solo alle 13, limitando fortemente la fruizione mattutina e che include soltanto la piscina. Nel complesso, la struttura non è stata in grado di fornire servizi adeguati a un vero 5 stelle e al prezzo comunque alto, non è paragonabile ad altri hotel spa di pari categoria in cui abbiamo soggiornato negli anni passati.

Drei perfekte Tage in Südtirol

Es gibt viele Dinge, die uns an der Unterkunft sehr gefallen haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter und das hervorragende Essen auf Sternenniveau. Meine Frau, hat eine Unverträglichkeit für Gluten, was in manchen Unterkünften zu Problemen führt. Hier wurde das perfekt gehandelt. Als Gast merkt man einfach, dass hier Profis am Werk sind. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter spontaner Kurzaufenthalt zum Entspannen und sich verwöhnen lassen.

Das Essen war qualitativ sehr gut und regional. Die Auswahl war riesig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist nicht zu gross, trotzdem hatten wir alles was das Herz begehrt und es hatte nicht zu viele Leute. Vorallem in den Wellness/Spa-Bereichen hatte es immer Platz.

In den Zimmer ist es sehr ruhig und angenehm Das komplette Personal bis zu den Hausherren ist sehr freundlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit Das Essen angefangen beim reichhaltigen Frühstück bis hin zum Abendmenü bei dem man meist Auswahl von 3 verschiedenen hat auf hohem Niveau Pool auf dem Dach sehr angenehm und gute Temperatur

Nicht gefallen kann man so nicht sagen, ich hätte mir jedoch sehr gewünscht, wann die Weinauswahl in der überragend guten Weinregion etwas größer gewesen wäre, damit man nach Möglichkeit jeden Tag einen anderen Wein hätte probieren können das wäre dann noch das allerletzte i Tüpfelchen

Alles auf höchstem Niveau! Gerne wieder

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach ein Glücksgriff gewesen. Ausstattung, Qualiät des Essens und der Weine top, Personal mehr als aufmerksam und sehr humorvoll und freundlich. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, aber mit den Öffis (und der gratis Südtirol-Card) konnten wir alle Touren und Ausflüge ohne Auto ganz problemlos machen! Alles einfach sehr empfehlenswert und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das mehr Gänge Menü Abends ein Genuss. Das Personal war durchgängig sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Das Bett war für uns etwas zu Weich und die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war nicht gut Steuerbar da das Licht über dem Schreibtisch nicht seperat zu schalten war.

Wunderbares Hotel mit perfektem Service für die Region Meran

Das Avidea ist ein wunderbares Hotel. Wir hatten eine Rooftop Suite für zwölf Tage gebucht und waren begeistert: ein tolles Zimmer, wunderbares Essen und ein außergewöhnlich aufmerksamer Service. Ergänzt wird dies durch einen schönen Wellnessbereich, einen kleinen Pool auf dem Dach und das Spa-Angebot.

Nettes kleines Hotel aber nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau

-Leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen (viele regionale Produkte) -Gestaltung der Dachterasse mit Pool sehr schön, toller Ausblick und komfortable Liegen - Grosszügige TG Stellplätze - ruhige Lage direkt am Waalweg , wandern direkt von der Unterkunft möglich und mit dem kostenlosen Bus ist Meran in 30min zu erreichen - Massagen im Spa sehr angenehm

- nachmittags Buffet sehr dürftig, sehr kleine Salat unf Kuchen Auswahl, dazu nur ein einfaches warmes Pastagericht (Pasta mit Pesto) Luxury All Inclusive sieht anders aus! - Personal teilweise unkoordiniert , und unprofessionell ( doppelte Bestellungen , teils lange Wartezeiten bei Getränken) leider auch einmal eine Komplettes Getränk vom Kellner über das Outfit geleert bekommen. - Wellnessbereich leider sehr zerstreut, Sauna ohne Tauchbecken im UG, Innenpool im 1.OG und Pool auf Dachterasse (nicht Barrierefrei) , somit weite Wege ! - sehr dürftiger Bestellservice auf der Dachterasse , keine Bestellmöglichkeit ( nicht All Inclusiv würdig) - Handtücher an den Pools und im Spa schnell leer und wurden nicht wirklich nachgefüllt.

Wir erlebten drei sehr erholsame Tage im Avidea und werden das Hotel sicher wieder buchen.

Sehr geräumiges uns stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Tolle Aussicht. Zwei sehr schöne Pools. Im all inclusive Angebot waren auch alle Getränke inkl. alkoholische Getränke inklusive.

Wer das außergewöhnliche sucht ist hier richtig. Der Urlaub beginnt mit dem ersten Kontakt. Sehr ruhige angenehme Atmosphäre die durch das Personal auch vermittelt wird. Das Essen ist ebenfalls außergewöhnlich und mit raffinierten Ideen der Patisserie abgerundet wird. Wellness mit Poolblick über Meran ist ebenfalls ein Highlight. Alle Zimmer sind Suiten mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die verschiedenen Saunen laden die nach Wanderungen gestressten Körper wieder zu entspannen. Da bleibt noch die Lage, der Einstieg in den Walweg ist unmittelbar am Hotel.

Wunderbares stylisches und vor allem ruhiges Hotel mit außergewöhnlicher sehr kreativer Küche . Der Wellnessbereich und die Anwendungen sind wunderschön und professionell. Handtücher, Bademäntel und Zimmer duften wunderbar. Dazu direkt am Waalweg in Algund gelegen , super für den Hund . Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder . Ich habe selten in so kurzer Zeit so viel Erholung bekommen .

Traumhafte Lage, das Essen war sehr gut, das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und geschmacklich super. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und absolut spitze.

Auf diesem Niveau ist es immer ein Suchen nach Details, aber es wäre noch besser, wenn es im Hotel ein generelles Hunde Verbot geben würde. Das Gebelle in den Zimmern, wenn die Hunde alleine sind nervt einfach extrem.
