What a fun and adventurous place. We really enjoyed our stay and our host, along with her mom were responsive and nice. If you don't mind the challenges of language barriers and steep curvy roads, I say go for it. The place was large and comfortable. It had what you would need if you're staying for a few days. The balconies and views were phenomenal! There's a restaurant in the village, but you will need to make reservations in advance. If you want an authentic Italian living experience like you see in the movies, this is it!

Nous avons passé à quatre adultes une semaine idéale à Lavaggiorosso. Un peu à l'écart (10 minutes de voiture) de la foule de Levanto, la maison de Nadia est grande, parfaitement entretenue et bien équipée avec une très belle vue sur les paysages alentour. Surtout, nous n'oublierons pas l'accueil exceptionnel de Nadia. Pendant une semaine, elle a fait tout ce qu'elle pouvait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous recommandons sans aucune réserve la location de Nadia.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans le gîte de Nadia à Lavagiorosso. Ce gîte, spacieux, est très bien situé, à 5min de Levanto. Il y a même des départs de randonnées depuis le village même. Dans un joli village, un peu en retrait, la tranquillité est assurée...loin de la foule des villages des 5 terres. L'intérieur est rustique et très fonctionnel. L'accueil de la propriétaire est très chaleureux et convivial. Gîte à recommander, bon rapport qualité-prix.

Ottima esperienza in un appartamento spazioso, comodo e pulitissimo. Meravigliosa accoglienza e durante le due settimane abbiamo ricevuto continue attenzioni di cortesia. Tutto molto piacevole e molto ben organizzato compreso il cambio di biancheria settimanale. Facile da raggiungere sia da Levanto che dall'autostrada. Consigliamo fortemente sia per coppie che per famiglie. This house was a fantastic find! It totally surpassed our expectations. It is the first time we have rented a house like this and it was more than successful. The house was fantastic - really spacious, exceptionally clean, beautiful rooms and furniture and very well organsied. Sheets and towels were changed weekly. We stayed there with our 4 children and there was more than enough space. The owners were extremely nice people and could not have been more attentive. We arrived to a delicious home made cake on the table and cold wine and water in the fridge! They went above and beyond to help us out and were extremely friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for the local Italian experience in a beautiful , quiet hilltop village close to the sea. It was very quite and cool in the evenings. Overall a wonderful experience, nothing bad to say and we would not hesitate to go back!

Excellent accueil de Nadia et de sa maman. Maison calme et spacieuse. Les enfants de 6 et 8 ans ont joué des heures dans les ruelles, à chercher les chats du village... La station de Levanto est à une dizaine de minutes, bien agréable. Des départs en bâteau pour les Cinque Terre ont lieu tous les jours. Vraiment un excellent séjour pour nous. Merci Nadia!

Une maison superbe dans un cadre merveilleux

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette belle maison propre et agréable dans le beau petit village Lavaggiorosso. La propriétaire, Nadia est tellement gentille et sympathique et nous a très bien acceuilli et nous a donné des bons conseils et s'est occupée si bien de nous. Nos deux enfants, 11 et 16 ont également adoré ce séjour; les balades en montagnes (Cinque terre!) , les belles plages , les matins ensoleillés au balcon . La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse, est bien occupée. La vue est magnifique. La petite ville Levanto n'est que 4,5 km du village et nous avons, d'apres les conseils de Nadia aussi profié de la plage de Bonassola qui est très agréable et pas loin. Lavaggiososso est tout petit, il n'y a pas de magasin, mais un très bon restaurant. Nous retournerons dans cette belle maison avec plaisir! Gabriella et sa famille suédoise

Großes Haus in toller Lage im kleinem Bergdorf. Schöner Blick ins Tal von den Balkonen aus. In dem nur halb bewohnten, gut restaurierten Dorf 5 Kilometer von Levanto kann man Abends und Nachts absolute Ruhe von der Hektik am Meer geniesen. Keinerlei Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Gutes und günstiges Restaurant Antiga Ustaia "Zita" im Dorf mit hausgemachten Spezialitäten (Reservierung erforderlich da nur wenige Tische). Parken in eigener Garage am Dorfrand. Zum Haus gehts dann 40 Meter über Treppen hinauf. Gute Busverbindung nach Levanto oder auch mal schön zu Fuß in 1 1/2 Stunden über kleine Weiler und auf alten Pfaden dorthin. Idealer Aufenthaltsort abseits des Rummels an der Küste zum Erkunden der Cinque Terre und Riviera di Levante.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen Lage am Berg. Hier kann man wunderbar die Seele baumeln lassen, wenn man sich von den stark frequentierten Orten am Meer erholen möchte. Lavaggiorosso war für uns mit einem größeren Auto (VW-Bus) schwierig zu erreichen, da sehr enge und kurvige Straßen. Gerne ließen wir unser Auto auf dem Parkplatz am Dorf stehen und fuhren täglich mit dem Bus nach Levanto, ca. 15 Minuten. Das war sehr komfortabel. Die Vermieterin und ihre Mutter sind sehr nett, freundlich und auch ohne Italienisch und Englisch kann sie einem alles ganz gut erklären. Das Haus ist sauber,geräumig und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die Landschaft.

Trés trés bon accueil dans une jolie maison de village en montagne mais située à 10 minutes en voiture du bord de mer de Levanto. La maison est grande, trés propre et fonctionnelle. Vue magnifique et calme total aprés l'activité intense des 5 Terres. Le petit balcon accueille facilement 4 personnes pour finir la soirée en admirant le couché de soleil sur les montagnes. J'attends d'y retourner avec impatience. Encore merci à Nadia pour sa gentillesse.
