Location, the way flat is furnished,

The first night we could not turn on the induction kitchen stove. Children lock was on and we could not turn it off. After 30-40 min we managed to fix it. Owner representatives were in contact. They arrived just as we fixed it. Children bunk bed is noisy, creaky.

great little apartment in a fun town

The apartment was tucked in a quiet neighborhood, but only a two minute walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Ten minute walk to train station. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when needed. Clothes washer and outdoor laundry line were great. Apartment was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. I would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Levanto or Cinque Terra.

The air conditioning units (there were two in our apartment ) worked well and cooled apartment quite nicely. But both units made random noise at times which made it difficult to sleep with at night. Staff did come to look at it but the noise was not presenting when staff was there which made it impossible for them to assess which I understood. so we just turned it off at night. The mattresses on the bunk beds were very thin and not very comfortable. Kids could feel the springs when they laid on them. (mattress is second room was great however)

Comfortable stay in the middle of Levanto!

Perfect service and big support by the reception. Get a reminder via WhatsApp about our stay and further on a detailed description to the appartement. During the stay, the staff was always available and offer perfect information. Even to use bikes for free was possible. The appartement is really huge and very comfortable. We stay there with 4 people and missed nothing. The appartemnt is located in the middle of LEvanto so that you have a short way to the beach or he historical center.

Great location

We liked the location and the space we had. It was very clean, had a washer and fully equipped kitchen and A/C. It had all we needed but nothing thrilling. A solid value for the money.

We were expecting a balcony, as advertised through booking filters. The property we stayed in had no outdoor space, which was a disappointment. The coffee mocha maker wasn’t compatible with the induction oven. I suggest adding an espresso maker that works.

Die Wohnung war ganz gross und die Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Die Parkplätze waren ein bisschen weit weg. Unter in der Bar an der Strasse wird es manchmal zu laut.

Semaine magnifique avec le beau temps

La situation de l'appartement près des départs des randonnées et au pied des commerces. La gentillesse des gens qui font de grands efforts pour nous parler français.

Il manquait un micro-ondes et une bouilloire dans l'appartement. La vaisselle était également un peu juste (seulement 4 verres et une casserolle pour 4).

Una gemma per visitare le 5 terre

Ottimo appartamento! Stanze pulite, cucina completa, veramente vicino alla spiaggia ed a ristoranti, mercatini, negozi... Dal balcone vedevo il mare, a pochi passi di spiaggia attrezzata con piscina ma anche spiaggia libera. Altri passi in più e prendi il traghetto per le 5 terre, e la stazione di treno è raggiungibile a piede pacilmente. Il parcheggio custodito è un punto in più, quando se ci muove meglio alle 5 terre in treno. Eravamo in 7 (una grande famiglia dai 3 ai 66 anni) e molto comodi li! La piantina è un po' strana, con la cucina in mezzo a due camere e i 2 bagni vicini ad una solo camera, ma credo sia perché è un palazzo più antico... Invece l'appartamento era ristrutturato, accogliente e funzionale! Il personale dell'albergo dove si appoggia l'appartamento era gentile, cortese e pronto ad aiutare! Veramente consiglio per gruppi ma anche da 2 coppie, la posizione è stupenda!

2 piccoli disagi forano prestamente risolto dal personale, che gentilmente vi ha fornito 1 asciugamano in più dopo un incidente.

Un bellissimo soggiorno alle cinque terre

L'appartamento è molto grande, pulito, ha due bagni, ben posizionato (intorno ci sono ristoranti, bar, supermercato e negozi), ha più balconi e una bella vista. C'è tutto quello che serve per passare un bellissimo soggiorno. Qualche giorno prima i gestori ci hanno inviato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per arrivare senza problemi e durante il soggiorno sono stati gentilissimi. A 10 minuti dalla stazione di Levanto per prendere il treno che copre tutte le cinque terre e a 5 minuti dal molo per prendere il battello che va da Levanto a Porto Venere.

Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres des chambres, une odeur pas forcément très agréable dans la salle de bain, provenant certainement des évacuations d'eau. Manquait peut être enfin, une bouilloire et un micro-onde dans la cuisine
