Superb

Really nice flat with a beautiful view on the sea. We enjoyed having breakfast with a stunning view Flat has equipped kitchen with almost everything you need. Beach is really close to the flat.

It was a bit loud - you can hear people/noise from the corridor

Flat was tidy and the view beautiful , room spacious.

The flat is quite outdated and in need of modernization. The key is deposited in a small box in front of the door so no personal intervention from landlord, however can be reached via Whatsapp Noone asking how you are doing. Flat can be difficult to find in the rather big house.

Cosy apartment close to the beach

Small but with all essentials and able to accommodate our family of three. Very clean. Natural lighting in living area. No need for air conditioning during our stay as we kept balcony window open. View as advertised. Luckily there is a lift. Appreciated free parking advice although there is no specific reserved area.

For quality and price for sea view apartment, this accommodation is within range for 5 Terre but could benefit from a refurbishment. Kitchen cupboards and ventilation above cooker need tweaking.

Fantastisk utsikt över hav och berg!

Utsikten från balkongen var fantastisk! Närheten till stranden, mataffär och gågatan. Sänglampor, skön soffa. Tvättmaskin, diskmaskin. Vi kunde lämna in väskorna före incheckningstid.

Kuddarna var för hårda. Saknade bra kökskniv och brödkniv.

La ubicación es ideal

No hubo algo en particular que no me gustara, sugiero hacer un video para compartir con los huéspedes sobre como llegar del parqueadero a la casa porque las instrucciones no son tan claras. En Francia nos compartieron un video que nos ayudó mucho.

Fantastisk utsikt från balkongen! Helt ok lägenhet m det mesta man behöver. Inkl. AC, induktionshäll, diskmaskin och tvättmaskin mm.(Vissa köksredskap var kanske inte toppklass, men vi klarade oss bra.) Hiss var skönt. (6:e våningen…)

Una bella vista ma carente su tutto il resto

La vista sicuramente è pregevole, host disponibile e cordiale

La casa è collocata in un complesso fatiscente anni 60, chiamato “villaggio verticale”; anche se veniamo a Levanto da anni non conoscevamo questa zona, purtroppo, se no l’avremmo evitata. Scomodo il parcheggio dalla parte posteriore del complesso, mille scale e scalini. Il difetto principale è che gli ambienti non sono a norma, non areati né illuminati efficacemente poiché in cucina, bagno e camera non ci sono le finestre. L’nica finestra è quella in foto, nel soggiorno. La dotazione è minimale, non vengono forniti nemmeno gli asciugamani del bidet. Inoltre noi abbiamo soggiornato in inverno e l’impianto di riscaldamento a pompa di calore è poco efficiente quindi siamo stati al freddo. Va bene per un paio di notti giusto se non si trova posto da nessuna altra parte, ma in generale non lo consiglio.
