Appartement très propre et conforme aux photos. Très bien situé vis à vis de la gare 5 minutes et 10 minutes de plage. Bien équipé. Une place de parking à moins de 10 minutes à pied (si pas beaucoup de bagages cela se fait facilement). Les personnes en charge de la location sont extrêmement souriantes et arrangeantes. Nous reviendrons sans problème dans ce logement.
Le matelas du lit double serait à changer.

The agency takes good care about the pandemic. They oblige guests to let them know if they have symptoms of COVID so they could disinfect the place in the right way. This is why we ended up in another apartment, so I cannot make any comment about this one, but rather about the agency and whole experience. Everyone at the agency was helpful and very responsive, which we appreciated.
As we couldn't enter this apartment, we have been given another one which wasn't what we paid for. It didn't have the balcony and wifi and wasn't nearly as new as this one, so we complained and got transferred to a third one which more or meet the expectations. Also, we weren't informed about the apartment change until we arrived to the office to collect the keys, I guess this could have been communicated as soon as it was discovered and we should have been asked about the second apartment.
