Fantastic Stay!!

Can’t think of much we didn’t like. Only negative was that one person lost hot water during her shower. Not sure if it’s because she was taking it upstairs and it was too far away from the water heater or if it was because two people were taking showers at the same time. After that, we each took them at separate times downstairs and had no issues. The benefits far outweighed this little blip.

Exceptional

The house is very clean, big, and as nice as the pictures show. The staff is very helpful, patient and provided lots of useful information - we collected the key at the agency and she walked us to the house.

The few things missed in the house that normally provided at other places are little things like coffee, oil, salt, etc…

The Villa was perfect for a family stay. And it was perfect in every way.

The view, the quick walk to the train or the beach and Levanto itself, were the reason I rented the villa. The rooms were roomy. The kitchen is set up well. Though it is a single cook kitchen, with a table for three in it, there were tables in the living room, and on the patio. We tended to eat on the patio with the view of the town laid out before us. It is 50 feet above the street, which we loved. But there is an elevator for those who aren't used to the walking you do in the Cinque Terre. The kids had their own floor. The breeze on the deck while watching the sun set was serene. The gardens were beautiful. To sum it up, the Villa was simply perfect.

Very good

The space for 6 people was great. Well laid out. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight. Having laundry facilities was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of wine glasses for that good Italian wine. What an incredible view. Excellent location.

The beds were hard and unconformable. The main kitchen lights did not work. The oven door needs fixing. The fridge on the second floor was not working. The loft bedroom ceiling is a hazard for adults. There is no lighting in the bathroom by the mirror to be able to shave or put on make up. Although this list of what we did not like seems long, they were out weighed by all the positives of the property.

Stunning Villa in Levanto

The property exceeded our expectations! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, quiet neighborhood, lovely views from 2 balconies. Very well equipped kitchen. A short walk to a grocery store, train station and restaurants. The waterfront and beach was apx 15 minutes walk... it is absolutely gorgeous. There are a lot of steps to walk up to the Villa, however, there is an elevator for those who prefer not climbing. Would definitely return to this property!

Mario was exceptionally helpful, he organised to meet us at the villa when our flights were delayed. Provided us with very helpful advice regarding restaurants, transport & places to visit.

Villan låg mycket bra, Högt med fin utsikt över stan och havet. Nära tågstationen, vilket var bra och smidigt. Även lätt att gå ner på stan där många restauranger och barer ligger.

Découverte de l’ensemble des 5 terres super séjour

L’emplacement de la villa est géniale. Depuis la terrasse la vue était magnifique. La villa est à proximité de la gare et de la plage, il est donc très facile de se déplacer sans voiture.

Deux trois équipements de la maison sont un peu anciens. La maison n’ayant pas la climatisation il faisait une température beaucoup trop élevé au dernier étage là où tout les enfants devaient dormir.

Séjour inoubliable à Levanto.🤩

La villa était magnifique, spacieuse, la vue superbe, les terrasses. L'emplacement est pratique, proche de la gare et en centre ville. La situation proche des Cinque Terre en train. 3 salle de bains/douches, 3 wc un à chaque étage. Petit plus l'ascenseur 😉 Communication parfaite dès notre arrivée avec l'itinéraire détaillé depuis la gare. La personne qui nous a accueilli était sympathique, il a pris le temps pour tout nous montrer et expliquer les documents laissés à notre disposition pour se rendre au Cinque Terre, les restaurants à Levanto et commerce à proximité....

Tout était parfait. Séjour inoubliable, merci !
