Die Lage oberhalb der Innenstadt bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf den Strand und die Bucht. Es ist angenehm ruhig und man ist trotzdem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt und nach 160 Treppenstufen direkt auf der Strandpromenade und am freien Sandstrand.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat unsere Koffer im Auto mitgenommen, weil sich diese auf der steilen Kopfsteinpflasterstraße nicht ziehen lassen.
Die Küche ist mit vielen Töpfen, Pfannen und Geschirr gut ausgestattet.
Die Ausstattung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad ist sehr eng und die kleine Badewanne hat einen extrem hohen Einstieg.
Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig: am Wochenende war die Wohnung unter uns bewohnt und wir haben den Fernseher bis Mitternacht sehr laut gehört

Super schöne Lage und traumhafte Sicht (hat nur der Balkon zum Süden gefehlt)! Sehr netter Kontakt!
Im zweiten Schlafzimmer sind sehr merkwürdige Betten drin (unterschiedliche Höhen; vermutlich ein aufgesägtes Hochbett) - hier wäre es sehr viel schöner (und eigentlich auch nicht viele Kosten/Aufwand das zu ändern) ein einfaches Doppelbett zu haben…
Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr klein (2 Menschen können nebeneinander aufrecht sitzen).

Nice apartment with a great view! The host was very friendly and the communication easy. For people who come for hiking the way to town and the train station is easy.
Small, but very nice balcony.
Kitchen, bed linen, towels were all very clean! The general cleanliness of the apartment could be improved a bit, for example the book shelve.
We had enough proper equipment for cooking. Some pans and pots could be replaced.

The location is excellent. Size is good.
No air conditioning, basic bathroom, neighbour unecessary rude to claim her parking spot adjacent to ours whereas we never figured out, nor were told there were 3 places. Not a big deal, but something you'd like to avoid at the end of your day.
Mosquitoes.
