Llwyn Celyn is a semi-detached property located in the hamlet of Brithdir in North Wales. It has two bedrooms comprising of a king size and a twin, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a living dining room. To the outside there is off road parking for one car, a side lawn and an elevated patio with a table and chairs. Llwyn Celyn is a lovely, warming cottage in an incredible area of Wales. Please note: this property does not allow more than one short break per week. Please note: this property will only accept a maximum occupancy of 4, this includes infants.
Amenities: LPG central heating and electric fire. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine. Smart TV with Freeview and Sky, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. Secure lockable bike storage and hard standing washing area. Large lawned garden to the side elevation with raised patio area with table and chairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and restaurant 3 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: Due to uneven levels and steps up to the garden and patio area, care should be taken and children should be supervised at all times. Note: Steep staircase and split level landing with two steps on landing outside both bedrooms. Please note: this property does not allow more than one short break per week.
