Loved the unique design and the art installation pieces. The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. The shower was amazing and for the cost and what you got it was definitely a win. Plus a good location only 10 mins walk from Westfield and Shepherds bush Station.

Very clean and comfortable - quiet room
Room was a little hot (despite adjusting the temp) No tea or coffee in the room (peppermint tea only!)

The location was good for what I needed and close to a tube station. For London the room was very spacious
The staff were competent but not really welcoming. There was only instant coffee in the room. The breakfast was average
