Really nice looking hotel in between two train stations and the big Westfield mall. Just 5 minutes walking to them. Staff was very kind and breakfast was nice. The room had air condition which was really good especially since it was so hot when we were there
The room did not have windows we could open to let some air in. And the glass was blurred so we couldn't look outside either. But the windows in the bathroom were not blurred! I thought that was weird. So the blinds went down right away!

The location was good for what I needed and close to a tube station. For London the room was very spacious
The staff were competent but not really welcoming. There was only instant coffee in the room. The breakfast was average
