Komfortables Hotel im Zentrum von Ischgl. Das gesamte Personal (sowohl die Eigentümerfamilie als auch die angestellten Mitarbeiter) war überaus höflich, aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend. Ich fühlte mich dort sehr willkommen. Die Halbpension ist das Highlight. 5 Gang Menü von herausragender Qualität.

The location is great and the hotel staff is super friendly and helpful even though most don’t speak English.
Food was ok but not what I expected from a gourmet hotel. Ordinary Austrian food

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is exceptional for adults, but the half board option for children is not worth it.
I find it hard to justify €9,000 for two rooms for 4 nights. Two of which were off peak. I could have stayed at the best hotel in Ischgl for that money.
