Great location, great staff, small dated rooms and massively over priced.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is exceptional for adults, but the half board option for children is not worth it.

I find it hard to justify €9,000 for two rooms for 4 nights. Two of which were off peak. I could have stayed at the best hotel in Ischgl for that money.

,Everything was great in this hotel special thanks to the lovely lady, wearing a traditional Austrian dress, who greeted us upon our arrival and was so friendly and helpful, she even insisted carrying our luggage to the room :) Best regards to her.

Exceeded expectations in every way!

I’ve booked a stay at Yscla last minute on a short weekend trip to the mountains. From the moment I arrived until when I left the hotel itself, the staff, the culinary staff have managed to exceed my every expectation. Everyone gave me the impression they were there to make me feel at home. It worked :) The room was modern, with a LOVELY shower! Food, excellent, even though I only enjoyed the daily menu included in the arrangement and after a long day of mountainbiking, the best Wiener Schnitzel I’ve ever had. The location is just perfect, right next to the Silvretta bahn. I was here in summer, I bet it’s even more amazing in winter, a quiet, luxurious, culinary home base to adventure out in the mountains from! Will be back, thank you!!

Magical meals, exceptional chef, service somewhat lackluster

Outstanding culinary experience. Chef Benjamin and his spouse are extraordinary. We were very impressed by their extreme talent and hospitality.

My spouse is dairy and gluten intolerant. It was a daily struggle to ensure the staff was serving her allergy free meals. Every day my wife would discover parmesan shavings or other dairy based ingredients in her food. Staff would challenge the basis of her allergy. For our departure, we received a to-go breakfast, between the ham slices, my spouse found cheese shavings. This said, Chef Benjamin and sommelier Gabriel were totally respectful and understanding of her diet requirements. The remaining staff definitely needs more training. On a final note of improvement, on our arrival, we were simply given our room key without a walk through of the facilities.

very nice hotel, littel friendly wellness

The gourmet Part is a seperate restaurant which is very good. Do not expect to get gourmet food for breakfast and dinner. It is ok not gourmet and ALWAYS ask how much the wine, water anything costs ... they charge heavy prices for everything extra like they do at the real gourmet restaurant. ALWYS ask for the price - water 0,7 liter 7 EUR, tap water 5 EUR !!! ! glas of wine 16 EUR !

Die Straße war nahezu 20 Stunden wegen Betrunkenen und Geschäftsbetrieb so laut, dass man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte.

Sehr persönliche und unkomplizierte Betreuung im gesamten Bereich, hohes Niveau mit Wohlfühlcharakter. Ausstattung, Personal und die Besitzerfamilie kümmern sich perfekt um die Gäste. Komme sehr gerne wieder und kann das Hotel bestens weiterempfehlen. Freu mich schon auf meinen nächsten Urlaub in Ischgl.
