This was an exceptional stay in every possible way. From the Sunday night welcome reception and personal greeting from the hotel's owners to the incredibly attentive staff and delicious breakfast and dinner, I don't remember a better hotel stay ever. The proprietors were so friendly and helpful, while the staff anticipated every need. One afternoon, after skiing all day, the women at the front desk noticed that I was walking with a slight limp due to a strained muscle. She asked if there was anything they could do to help. She mentioned that the massage therapist was available to assist. That therapist turned out to be incredibly helpful in relieving the pain - enabling me to ski again the next day! The fact that she noticed my limp as I walked through the lobby probably saved the rest of my trip!

Centrally located in Ischgl town. Easy access to gondolas with tunnel / travelator close by. Good food and clean property. Staff are lovely especially the eggs/omelette man each morning

The location is perfect because it is 5 min walk to the nearest lift. You are also on the main street for shops and restaurants. The staff was really nice
We were staying in a standard room which I thought was very small and the bathroom is really small with a really small shower. You could not fit 2 people in the bathroom. One of the rooms was on the first floor above the kitchen and there was always alot of noise until 11 in the evening.
