Top locatie, dichtbij het centrum, de liften en de supermarkt. Ruime appartementen met vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam personeel.
Je kan broodjes bestellen die je ‘s ochtends bij het ontbijt kan ophalen alsook gedurende de week je handdoeken wisselen.
Ons appartement (106) had een 2e slaapkamer met een bed dat i.p.v. een volledig 2 persoons bed een twijfelaar was (goed om rekening mee te houden - was krap voor 2 pubers).
Tevens had deze 2e slaapkamer een balkon dat direct grensde aan het balkon van de keuken van het restaurant van de buren - dat helaas ook gebruikt werd om te roken door het personeel. Dit was nét jammer - verder hele fijne plek!

Der Wellnessbereich war super. Auch die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Fussläufig und nah beim Lift. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, in der Nacht hat man andere Gäste gehört, wie sie laut Musik anhatten, trotz Nachtruhe ab 22 Uhr. Das Bad war renoviert, unser Zimmer leider nicht, war dementsprechend etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Great location with everything close by
We stayed in an apartment on the top floor, and in our opinion it does not meet a 4-star standard. It feels like the apartment has not been updated for over 20 years.
The beds and pillows were uncomfortable.
During the whole week, the trash was taken out only twice and no other cleaning was done.
There were many small insects living in the corners and under the baseboards, which was unpleasant and should be addressed.
Breakfast was very weak for a 4-star hotel. It definitely needs improvement or could take inspiration from other hotels of the same category.
