Outstanding stay worth every penny.

Me and my girlfriend have had the opportunity to experience a warm welcome in Ischgl through the attention and care from the family-run Hotel Garni Försterheim. We had booked the cheapest room, which was neat and tidy and had all the requirements we needed. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. Probably the only thing we missed was a mini-refrigerator for our supplies, as the hotel does not offer lunch/snack/dinner options. The breakfast, however, was very good and they even remember how you like your eggs. Coffee is also of high quality. The ski room has everything you need, but to top it all off: the sauna is amazing. Recently built and top notch quality. Probably better than Silvretta Therme as you get to reserve the sauna, so it ends up being a private sauna. Will definitely return next year!

The only minor inconvenience was that the room did not have a mini-fridge to store some supplies.

Very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic standard of accommodation and very clean. Breakfast was fabulous. Location perfect for us, almost ski to door. Ski room very good.

Would have loved some facilities to make tea/coffee, but plenty cafés nearby so not a big issue.

A perfect skiing holiday

I loved absolutely everything! it is exceptionally clean, we had z very spacious apartment, very well equiped kitchen, a beautiful sauna, fresh bread delivered at our door, beautiful views of Ischgl, super friendly and helpful hosts.

Superb

Everything was great! Excellent location for skiers. The hotel is managed by family that live on premises and who are very helpful and would do anything to go out of their way. Breakfast satisfactory with all you need for your morning start. Parking free in front of the hotel although can be a problem if too many guests need to use it. The owner allowed us to park our car in their garage due to limited parking space. Overall I would definitely stay there again.

Sauna was very popular after 4pm and there were guests who over used the time - exceeding 3 hours. Perhaps allocation of time for the sauna users would be ideal so everyone gets a chance to use the sauna.

Bijzonder royaal, schoon en goed onderhouden

De grote woonkamer mer royale lounge bank en zeer ruime compleet uitgeruste keuken.

De mechanische afzuiging (doucheruimte en wc) zou sterker kunnen. De matras van het bed is aan vervanging toe (ligkuil).

Für Skifahrer genau richtig..

Personal und Gastgeber waren durchweg sehr freundlich. Lage ist gut. Allerdings wird es im Ortskern auch keine schlechten Lagen geben. Parkplatz vorm Haus. Schlafbereich unseres Zimmer war im modernen Stil renoviert.

Sauna kann man nur mit Voranmeldung immer eine Stunde lang zu jeder vollen Stunde reservieren. Muss also sorgfältig geplant werden. Ein spontaner Saunagang nach dem Skifahren entfällt. Es gibt viele kleine Details, die sich aber aufsummieren. Toilettendeckel war lose und gebrochen, es dauert eeewig bis in der Dusche warmes Wasser kommt, kein Duschel/Shampoo vorhanden, Frühstück und Frühstücksraum eher in Jugendherbergsqualität usw. Alles für sich kein großer Makel, die Häufung ist nicht so schön.
