proximity to the ski lifts

thé hôtel was advertised as having spa facilities but these were shut down weeks before we arrived. when I complained the owners asked us to leave - possible mis translation but it was uncomfortable and agressive behaviour - they could have offered paid entry to the local spa or something but they behaved like they would rather not have guests. To this day I do not know if it was a booking report or a hotel error but you should not advertise spa facilities if they are closed

good location near gondola, a couple of minor improvements would make it so much nicer

The location is right opposite the gondola ie 10 meters which is great but be minded its not in the main town, there is a tunnel under a hill that takes you to the town its a 5 minute walk. room was large and beds comfy.

Would have appreciated a welcome basket as we arrived late and shops closed, just a few basics to get us through the night would have been nice. No clean towels offered the whole stay is not ideal as obviously skiing you need to shower regularly. No breakfast options…

Perfect apartment for 4 people. The two showers was an unexpected bonus. Nicely equipped kitchen although a toaster would be a welcome addition. Very friendly and helpful host family.

Would have liked if the beds could be separated. Even though I'm close to my brothers I would prefer having my own bed.

Dostatek prostoru, pokud chcete vařit, dobré vybavení kuchyně včetně myčky.

Lokalita perfektní, měli jsem apartmán a bohužel nebylo možné objednat snídaně. Ale kousek je Billa, tak nakonec nebyl problém udělat menší nákup. .. Příjemné prostředí, na lyže naprosto ideální. Paní domácí moc milá.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist klasse, man wohnt quasi in der Gondel bzw. Schatzi Bar! Die Zimmer sind total in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Und die Gastgeberin ist wirklich sehr nett! Vielen lieben Dank :-)

Prima hotel met goed ontbijt. Sauna aanwezig, wel vrij kleine sauna. Mooie opbergruimte voor ski’s en skischoenen. Qua locatie top, aan de overkant van het hotel is de skilift. Personeel is vriendelijk.
