Centrally located, but very quiet at night. Next to main bus stop which is very convenient if traveling by public transport. Very clean property which was much appreciated. Friendly staff. Kitchenette in the apartment had all the equipment and utensils needed. View of the top of the mountain. Bakery and restaurants meters away. Lift in the property.

the staff, especially walter. what a joy to get such hospitable staff in austria.
compared to the other rooms, room 301 was much inferior. we had no window, no balcony and no view. the room was very small compared to the other rooms and the bathroom area especially of the bath was really very small.
the price for all the other rooms was same therefore we felt this room should have been much cheaper than the other rooms which were larger with a nice balcony.
