The hotel is in amazing location, the facilities are exceptional, from the spa and the pool to the room itself. The staff is worm and welcoming and promptly gives assistance to almost everything.

The best place to stay for skiing! Very clean, close to everything with excellent staff and service. Food was delicious! The only downside is that it's located on the central street and it might get very very noisy till 3 am. Young people don't sleep! Otherwise everything else was great!

Noise till 3 am almost every night! But I was fine as I was young at some point 😉 Restaurant was great but at dinner some dishes were very very salty. Even people who like salt confirmed that it was too much

Not 5 star hotel - at best really good 4 star.

Service from staff good, dinner and breakfast great. Room was good.

Gym facilities are externally branded and shared with other hotels. You need to walk through a weird underground tunnel to get to it. You even need to talk through this tunnel to get to the restaurant. The reception looks like a bar, rather than a 5 start hotel reception. When I arrived, there wasn't even anyone behind the desk, or anyone there at all. When she finally arrived from somewhere, the reception staff looked very flustered. Its not her fault - a 5 star hotel should have at least 2 people on the desk. She was very helpful once she arrived, so the service is great.

Anyway, we want to repeat our stay

Meals were really tasty and luxury, though the vegetarian buffet was not so long as for the others, but Tirol is not traditionally vege. The hotel stands in the centre but Ischgl is not a huge town. The staff is perfect: kind and helpful. Dinners and spa were our favourities

This was one of our finnest stays for a very long time! Excelent expierance!

Perfect location for ski holidays. 5 min from ski room till sitting in Silvretta gondola. Also finishing snowboarding just 1 min from hotel. Excelent half board restorant with very good breakfast and amazing dinners - every evening different style. Very good relaxing area with many saunas and indoor and outdoor pools.

We had a halfboard option and it was a bit difficult to walk thru hotel. Reception was in other building, and it was complicated to get out of hotel. Wine prices are a bit too expensives, but wines are good. There was no electric plug on my side of bed, but hotel stuff fixed that.

Super freundliches Personal, sehr sehr guter Service. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielseitig. Das Abendessen bei Halbpension ist außergewöhnlich. Sehr empfehlenswert.

War ok aber denke nicht dass wir nochmal dahin gehen würden

Personal war super nett… Frühstück war auch sehr lecker… der Sauna Bereich sehr schön die Massage nur zu empfehlen bei Steffi… Die Gegend ist wunderschön viele Wander und Fahrradwege gut zum erholen

Abendessen keine Infos bezüglich Getränke Preise Geschmacklich leider nicht so toll aber die Pizza in der Therme ist lecker. Zimmer war nicht dass Zimmer auf den Bildern sehr kleiner Balkon. Außerhalb der Saison würd ich empfehlen nicht dahin zu fahren man kämpft täglich drum was zum Abendessen zu finden!

Tolles Hotel in optimaler Lage mit Top Service, Kulinarik & Wellness

Vor allem das Personal war extremst freundlich. Frühstück war sehr gut, sowie das Essen generell. Mega Wellness Bereich.

Die Hotelbar war meistens entweder geschlossen oder aufgrund der Anwesenheit von "VIPs" gesperrt, was uns die Hotelchefin auf sehr unhöfliche und arrogante Weise in bester Türsteher Manier zu vermitteln versuchte. Ein kurze Erklärung hätte auch gereicht, da wir im Gegensatz zu ihr nüchtern waren.

ужины в ресторане превзошли ожидания. Отмечу -ресторан соответствует отелю 5*. Хорошие завтраки

В НОМЕРАХ НЕТ СИСТЕМЫ РЕГУЛЯЦИИ ТЕМПЕРАТУРЫ!!!! И ЭТО ОТЕЛЬ 5*. Номер 20м с кроватью 160см. Нет нормального шкафа для одежды! Туалет 0,8 м!!! ))) Окна выходят на пешеходную улицу с АПРЕ-СКИ и дискотеками! Окна до 5 утра открыть нет возможности! При этом в номере ужасно жарко, а ты ничего не можешь сделать! Лифт 1 на весь отель.Ждать нужно ОЧЕНЬ долго! Для того, чтобы дойти до ресторана на завтрак и ужин Вам нужно преодолеть расстояние в 150 м с 2 лифтами!!! Отель 5*???? СПА! НЕ ВЕРЬТЕ ФОТО! СПА рассчитан на 2 отеля и аппартаменты! Так не бывает в 5* СПА ОЧЕНЬ маленький- максимум на 5-6 человек! В отеле нет ничего приспособленного для отдыха с ребенком 3-х лет! УЧТИТЕ ЭТО! Часть персонала приветливые, а остальные- очень не дружелюбные. так не имеет право вести себя персонал отеля 5*. Еще отмечу- при бронировании через букинг я брала на неделю 2 номера- 2 взрослых+ 2 взрослых и ребенок 3 года. При заезде мне сообщили, что за ребенка я обязана доплатить 1230 евро! На мое требование в таком случае предоставить больший номер и кровать для ребенка- был ответ- у нас нет номеров и мы не обязаны! Постель для ребенка, чтобы аостелить ему на мини-диване принесли после моего третьего обращения на ресепшен! В итоге, когда я отказывалась доплачивать за ребенка- букинг пошел мне на встречу и возместил сумму, которую я заплатила в отеле за ребенка! Шумоизоляция в номерах отсутствует. Мебель вся старая и выглядит ужасно! интерьер, само здание, узкие коридоры, СПА- вы попадаете в отель 3*! Можете поверить моему многолетнему опыту проживания в отелях 5* Сейф закрывается карточкой номера, БЕЗ КОДА!!!! а персонал входит в номера по картам-делайте выводы. НИКОГДА НЕ ВЕРНУСЬ В ЭТОТ УЖАСНЫЙ ОТЕЛЬ!!!!

A conseiller et à refaire

L'hôtel est situé proche du départ des bennes. La demi-pension est parfaite avec un buffet de petit déjeuner très bien garni et un repas du soir excellent. Le personnel est très sympathique et de très professionel.
