Lovely palace ski in and wonderful location

Central location but removed from the Main Street, beautiful property with latest updates, super value with the half board and super nice staff

A little castle in a beautiful place with a super chill atmosphere !

Everything!!! this hotel is perfect and the staff was so welcoming. Special thanks to Moritz at the reception. Great smile. To Chiara sunny girl at the restaurant. Jan also. They always have a kind word for you. Sofia also with a Good Morning Mrs… she knows the name of every guests. The hotel is perfectly located right on the slopes - ski in&out. And right in the middle of the village. The restaurant (half board) is fantastic. The food and the cuisine is refined and very high quality. Especially the possibility to choose portion sizes. We appreciate. While the atmosphere remains simple and chill. A wonderful place to stay. The housekeeping staff is so nice too. All the women working were so helpful to us. Don’t bring you skis and your shoes! you can rent everything directly downstairs at the Local Ski Room. They even have helmets. The SPA is nice and clean. Calm and friendly atmosphere. You feel at home. We can’t wait to come back!

Nothing. Just few information for the rooms. 3rd floor : 311 so cosy but a little bit dark because of a wall. So we move to : 3rd floor : 316 at the opposite corner. Perfect size. Large, bright and a lovely view on the mountains. But we had 2 times a little slight unpleasant smell coming from the shower… 5th floor : 501 we went to visit this amazing room, with a beautiful view.

Staf was very uncooperative for any request - Hotel is nice, but take into account that if you have any request, they will most likely decline and will not be nice about it

Was not the 1st time in this hotel, and I have to say it is one of the best hotel I've ever been. Beautiful hotel with style, excellent staff, good restaurant, very good location. For the guests may be important, the garage was very good as well

I would definitely come back, but without children.

Spacious rooms (we were a family of 6 and stayed in 2 rooms comfortably). Efficient ski shop in the hotel where we could rent and store our skis and boots. Very good restaurant and room service and the champagne hut next door was fun (we never heard any noise from it at night which is good too)

It’s a long walk to the ski lift that feels even longer when you walk with young children carrying skis. To ski back to the hotel was also not possible as you’d need to be an expert skier to manoeuvre the slopes coming down (impossible with our young children)

The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. the spa area is lovely our room was a good size, the bed very comfortable and the food at dinner was excellent and very good value for money on a half board basis. The wine list had a good selection including some excellent wines, even in half bottle sizes.

Facility is amazing, exceptionally friendly hotel staff, they made really everything possible one can wish for! Great food at the restaurant as well, a little pricy but incredibly tasty and definately worth a try! Overall just a great vacation, thank you!

Hotel Missing its Proposition between Luxury and Mid-Class

- Very nice and comfortable SPA area, small but OK pool with a couple sprayers and artificial wave - Good interior, comfortable lobby bar with ultimately helpful personnel at the reception and at the bar - Fortunate location, right next to the pistes end and in 5 mins walking distance to the cable car - The restaurant at Trofana requires advanced booking with a deposit, but the reception staff managed to make the reservation for free

- Room turned out to be much smaller than expected, difficult to get packed even for two simultaneously - Very difficult to appreciate this hotel, as it is right next to Trofana, more expensive but way more advantageous in terms of service, SPA (the best in Ischgl) and 2 Michelin-started restaurant at the ground floor - e.g. once had a very bad quality basil in my cocktail at Schlosshotel, nobody changed it, while at Trofana you receive best-in-class service with very attentive personnel - Same applies to the restaurant at the hotel- it’s good, but no windows and somewhat cold, while it Trofana me and my fiancé had the best dining experience in Austria - The ski rental is OK, but the equipment is not premium class, as I expect from the other 5* hotels; snowboard was not good at all - The champagne apres-ski was complete misunderstanding - more like a low-level clubbing place rather than a place where you could appreciate champagne and caviar (which I expected, when booked)

In het hotel de wellness, de horeca en parkeren op locatie. Buiten het hotel de bereikbaarheid van het skigebied en de winter horeca.

De kamer had ik voor die prijs wel wat groter verwacht.
