Ferienglück - perfect hotel in Ischgl!

Location is perfect! Ferienglück is located in the center of the best Après Ski in Ischgl (I'd say in the world), and just across the street from the Silvrettabahn lift that takes you up to the center of the ski resort. The hotel itself is in great condition, very clean, big rooms, quiet rooms despite the outdoor parties, convenient lockers room, parking, excellent breakfast and a very nice wellness/spa space. And lastly, the employees are all very nice and welcoming. Great job Ferienglück!

Superb hotel in exceptional location next to Silvretta Gondola lift

Breakfast was excellent and well-stocked, kept fresh. We had a 3-person room, and there was more than enough space to spread out our ski gear and personal items. Bathroom large, shower also large and modern, with double sink in bathroom. The decor of the whole common area (bar, breakfast area, hotel reception, small seating area) were exceptional and tasteful. There are a couple of apres-ski bars attached to the hotel, but hotel is also adjacent to several other good options. But, the room was sufficiently soundproofed, we heard nothing when in our rooms. Ski room in basement of building convenient.

There is 10 minute parking in front of hotel for check in, but not enough time. Parking garage a 10 minute walk. You have two ways to get your luggage into hotel. One method is go up a few stairs in front of hotel, then to elevator. Or, there is a hotel side entrance where you can bring a luggage cart up/down a ramp, but it is on a side access road that is one car wide and used by loading trucks, etc. So depending on time of day, you might not be able to park there because delivery trucks come/go. Also, if there is fresh snow, or deep snow, getting your luggage to the room might be a challenge with either method (carrying through front door of hotel, or using cart/ramp and side entrance). There appear to be differing vibes in Ischgl. This hotel is in the "ritzy" side of town, so restaurant choices were "fancier." You will need a short walk to get to the "party/youthful" side of Ischgl, and the more mainstream eating choices. The ski room is a bit small, so during morning/afternoon peaks times, you may be competing for space to get boots on/off. There are only about 8 steps to get out of ski room onto main road outside, but somewhat steep and narrow. I recommend you take your skis/poles upstairs before you put on your ski boots.

Such a great location directly across from Silvrettabahn. I thought the sound levels from the Apre ski crowd would impact our evenings but the rooms are that insulated that you couldn't hear a thing from the street. Breakfast was awesome!

Unfortunately the sofa bed in the room was not the best. Fine as a sofa but not so good as a bed.

Excellent stay right in the heart of Ischgl

spacious rooms and very clean. the property is just as get off the cable car, you can’t ask for a better position. they have a good breakfast included.

the parking is 10 mins away, but as you don’t need your car is fine.

Excellent location, nice staff, we will return.

Very nice breakfast. Our daughter had a birtday during the stay, and the hotel staff organised for her a nice souvenir, cake, candles and even flowers. She was amazed. We liked the closeness to the ski lift, all the facilities, food, spa and suprising quietness of rooms despite the active apres-ski life just at the ground level. We will return!

Great place and location in a great resort!

Great Location, great facility, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, rooms very spacious and comfortable. Lacking a bit of the Tyrolean warmth and cosines, which is customary in this region, but well appointed and equipped

reception staff needs more training and knowledge of the facility, town, restaurants etc., and a bit friendlier approach to guests. One elevator in house, used by cleaning staff in the morning hours when all guests are going out to ski. Guests walk, employees ride.

Отличный вариант в центре у подьемника

Все было на высоте! Отель находится прямо у подъемника , номера просторные, уютные, с видом на горы . Завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный. Но больше всего хочу отметить сотрудниц рецепшн! Это настоящие профессионалы, у которых есть решение на любой вопрос, очень быстрые, клиентоориентированные и грамотные!

Из относительных недочетов могу отметить только отсутствие бассейна и фитнес зала, но об этом указано в информации об отеле. Громкий бар при отеле, но музыка играет только до 22 или 23, если окна выходят на другую сторону, шума практически не будет слышно
