Terrible experience at the end of a long ski trip!

The gym and spa access was great.

Many things were not what you would expect. The elevator was dirty , the apartment was not cleaned well. The furniture was worn, Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The telephones didn’t not work. The shower did not drain and flooded the bathroom. The heating in one bedroom was inadequate. There was no extra bedding for cold. There were no gowns in the apartment for the spa. After bringing all of this to the attention of management. We just felt like they viewed us as complaining guests so we left without a refund for the stay. They ended up refunding us for one night out of the six nights we paid for!

Great location for skiing in a snowy wonderland!

They were there when I arrived, and the location was perfect! They also had a safe parking spot away from the snow. I really liked that there was a balcony.

I did not like the early checkout at 0900, nor that there was no shampoo or conditioner.

Prima, maar prijs-kwaliteit uit balans

Sauna van het hotel waar je gebruik van kunt maken. Ontbijt is ook prima

Petit Madlein is outdated. Prijs -kwaliteit niet de goede verhouding (370 eur per nacht voor een 3 sterren accommodatie at best is te veel). Daarnaast was het water koud op de laatste ochtend. In een e-mail correspondentie met receptie naar verwezen. Werd gegenereerd.

kein Zimmerservice, kein angeschalteter Skistiefelwärmer im Skikeller, kein Frühstücksbüffet. Nach meiner Beschwerde durfte ich im Haupthaus Madlein frühstücken. Danke

Ideal egal ob Sommer oder Winter!

Perfekte Lage. Super Personal (was soll schon schief gehen wenn einen Steirer eine Steirerin betreut)😉. Schistall auch ideal als Fahrrad-Garage nutzbar. Danke wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super appartementje met prachtig uitzicht, op wandelafstand van alle liften en het stadscentrum! Extra troef is de superlieve receptioniste Yvonne, zij zorgde ervoor dat wij een fantastisch verblijf hadden!!

Prettige plek, maar meer geschikt voor de winter

Goede locatie in Ischgl. Heel goed bed. De woonkamer is wel erg klein, keukentje is handig. De badkamer is mooi.

De woonkamer is klein en staat te vol met teveel stoelen.

Det perfekte mix af en high-end hoteloplevelse og stemningen af et rigtig familiedrevet hotel

Boede faktisk på hotel Madlein og ikke på Petit Madlein. Rigtig godt ophold som altid. Det perfekte hotel både til skiløb & fest samt til familier. High-end oplevelse blandet med stemningen af et rigtig familiehotel. Super service fra Janina i receptionen og alt andet personale på hotellet. Dygtig Dj i baren om aftenen!

Prima hotel (aangesloten aan het luxueuze Hotel Madlein). Dicht bij de liften.

Ontbijt was prima. genoeg aanbod. Ook de mogelijkheid om bijvoorbeeld scrambled eggs te krijgen. Er kan ook gebruik worden gemaakt van de wellness van het naastgelegen Hotel Madlein.

De warmwatervoorziening voor de douche was wisselend. Duurde soms best lang voor er warm water was. En dan werd het soms ook weer koud. Eigenlijk enige minpuntje.
