Absolutely amazing stay!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are lovely and the staff are very nice and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only a 5 minute walk from the gondola. The food for breakfast and dinner was fantastic every single day. And to top things off, our main waiter, Sarlia, is the nicest guy I have ever met. He was very friendly and polite throughout our entire stay. He really did make our stay more enjoyable. The spa facilities were also very nice and relaxing. 100% will be staying again.

I’m not going to mark it down for this as it’s a minor thing but the hotel didn’t have/ give guests irons in their rooms. Slightly annoying but that’s all.

The Breakfast Buffet and a la carte service was excellent...the evening dinner menu was also really enjoyable and delicious and presented in a very modern and creative way. A massive thanks to Florian in the bar and to Hrvoje, Michal and Letitia in the Fine dining restaurant for making us feel so welcome during our stay...and a special thanks to René for his guidance during our Smugglers excursion and for the fun and laughter during our trip with him up the Peaks. We highly recommend staying and eating in Hotel Salnerhof, the staff were fantastic and very accomodating...thanks again for making our trip so memorable🙂 John and Renate

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Everything was of the highest standard. Large and clean rooms, excellent spa, dinners were a special gourmet experience. Always smiling and helpful staff. Easy parking in the garage. Free guest cards to use the lifts and other activities. Well invested money, we will definitely be happy to return.

Wonderful stay, except for the heavy smokers next door

The location was superb, the spa area was wonderful, the room cleaning staff and waiters and were super friendly. The food was incredible, but way way too much food :) We loved our stay overall.

We shared a balcony and couldn’t use it at all due to the chronic smokers next door. Would appreciate if the property instilled a no smoker policy on the room balconies. It is very unpleasant and we couldn’t even open windows in mornings and evenings to ventilate our room.

Salnerhof exceeded our expectations. Super friendly staff. Delicious dinner. We were hesitant to add the dinner option in our reservation, and we were fortunate to add the dinner. We enjoyed the dinner options everyday and the service was topnotch. Definitely we are coming back in our future vacations.

Shared balcony. Since we were visiting Austria for the first time, we were surprised to see a shared balcony. However, if you want a private balcony, make sure to book room/suite in the highest floor.

Somewhat more expensive than I would normally budget for but happy I stayed there and would return.

Breakfast had a fine variety of breads, cheeses, meats and fruit. Made to order omelets were available. Took the HB option and each dinner had 4 entree options which never disappointed; these were all 6 course. An Ischgl pass was given allowing once a day gondola transit at Ischgl and several nearby towns and unlimited bus service giving access from Landeck to a hikeable reservoir to the west.

Because my room fronted on a sometimes busy road (the only thru route in town), it could be pretty noisy (figure commuter hours) but shutting the windows did the trick.

Everything was perfect! Nice spa, rooms, stuff and the dinner and breakfast was amazing!

The only thing that we didnt like was the pillows (but we stayed there just for one night so maybe we could get other if we were staying longer).

Loved our stay, definitely recommend for any type of stay - winter or summer. Food was delicious.

We stayed half board on our minimoon. Amazing breakfast and evening food - could not have asked for anything else. The salad buffet was unique - I've never seen variety like it. The menu selection was great and always interesting to see what was served up. Superb selection and attentive staff. The spa was nice. Hotel staff and reception were great - accommodating and personable. Hotel bar was nice for a drink - excellent range of cocktails. Room was spacious, good shower and comfortable beds with the balcony.

A little hot in the rooms - no temperature control. Would have elected to leave the balcony door open but shared balcony and some noise late evening.

Wonderful experience in Ischgl!

An extraordinary experience, I have only good things to say about this hotel and the staff. The room, the people, surroundings, pool area, everything was absolutely perfect! Not to mention the food, absolutely delicious, served in a very professional manner! For example, creme brulee was out of this world! We also appreciated the welcome drinks (2 glasses of prosecco) and the little gifts we received at check-out! It's the little details that makes the difference! would stay here again for sure, the experience worth every cent!

Great hotel

The hotel is very clean, nicely designed, comfortable, great tasty breakfast and amazing dinner. Room size for a modern room is ok, not too big, not too small. Balconies are shared but ok. Wrt Covid restrictions, they have put enough measures in place e.g. hand sanitizer everywhere, plastic gloves for buffet food, using masks are mandatory, limited access to sauna and pool. We also liked the free Silvretta pass to use cable cars, sauna, etc. in the Ischgl neighborhood. The location of the hotel in the town and the town itself was fantastic.

Bed is not very comfortable, and there’re twin beds in the double rooms! So there’s a gap in the middle of the bed! Swimming pool is very small, and there’s access of max 3-5 allowed at the same time due to COVID-19, and it’s most of the times full! The same for sauna, as it’s usually full of people. We didn’t feel comfortable going to the spa facility at the end. But the hotel provides access to all the other spa in the neighborhood. Better going there.

Außergewöhnlich... Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Salnerhof sehr genossen...es gibt nichts was es zu beanstanden gab.Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Personal welches stets freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Das Frühstück war top und das Abendessen mit Liebe zum Detail angerichtet und dementsprechend vom Servicpersonal mit freundlichen Worten serviert, Zimmer sauber und jeden Tag anders hergerichtet.. Top war auch die Möglichkeit den Bus und die Bergbahnen kostenlos zunutzen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
