The room had very comfortable beds and was impeccably clean. The hosts were also accommodating and welcoming.

Excellent price-quality ratio, super friendly service, clean and spacious apartment with everything you need. Grocery store nearby to get e.g. breakfast supplies. We'll definitely come back.

7 of us have just come back from a fantastic weeks sking. really loved this apartment. comfy and spacious. great kitchen, 2 bedrooms have en-suites and also a large family bathroom. hostess so friendly and helpful- ski passes and fresh bread every morning if ordered. Good secure ski locker area. great location - edge of town but literally less than 10 mins walk in ski boots to lift/able to ski on flat to 2 mins from ski lift /catch free bus from nearby. you can also ski back to within 5 mins walk which is added bonus.

We stay at Pension Lenz and and we love it! We wish we could have stayed longer. The communication was good, everything was perfect. Renate is a super host, she is friendly and very helpful. The room was super clean and the breakfast was very good. We would definitely recommend this place!

Location , just outside the main street and party area, close but not to close. 10 min walk to ski lift in ski boots. Owners friendly . Breakfast great

Great stay in the heart of the Alps

Great location (city center is 600 meters away, the house itself lies directly at the beginning of some trekking roads. Very cozy and quiet. There was also a nice view from the balcony. We were given a parking lot, but what we liked the most were Silvretta Cards that give free access to all public transport, all cabin cars in the region (and there are a lot of them), swimming pool and so on. The owners were very friendly and always helpful. For the money we paid one could not dream for more. I can only recommend this accommodation to anyone who's going to the austrian mountains and say a big thank you to the owners.

Bathroom is not in an actual room separated by a wall, and the second bedroom is located just behind it, which I find not very comfortable. Apart from that I can't say anything bad about this accommodation.

Sehr schön, aber zu viel Gerauche

Super coole und freundliche Gastgeber. Es hat viele Stammgäste im Haus. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein, aber die Auswahl ist klug gewählt für Sportler. Bikeraum und Parkplatz vor der Tür. Am Stadtrand von Ischgl gelegen und demzufolge sehr ruhige Umgebung. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut. Es war mit Abstand die günstigste Unterkunft und unser Anspruch ist nicht, dass alles perfekt ist. Für den Preis war es aber echt top!

Unser Zimmer 1 lag leider sehr ungünstig. Vor beiden Fenstern befand sich ein Raucherbalkon und da ständig geraucht wurde, konnten wir das Zimmer nicht lüften. Zudem mussten wir immer die Vorhänge schließen, wenn man nicht wollte, dass die Raucher einem beim Umziehen, Duschen und Toilettengang zusehen. Wir hatten einen Langzeitmieter nebenan, der abends dauerrauchend, trinkend und mit lauten Youtube Videos in Dauerschleife auf dem Balkon saß. Zum Glück brachten das Gespräch mit ihm und den Gastgebern etwas. Es hat auch irgendwie an jeder Ecke außerhalb des Hauses Aschenbecher stehen gehabt. Hier wäre es für Nichtraucher besser, wenn die Gastgeber einen festen Ort dafür definieren würden. Für empfindliche Nichtraucher würde ich das Haus nicht empfehlen.
