Das Hotel liegt nahe zu den Gondeln und ist sehr schon eingerichtet.
Wir waren etwas erstaunt, dass in einem österreichischen Hotel, Mitarbeiter im Service arbeiten, welche lediglich Englisch sprechen. Das Morgen- und Salatbuffet waren etwas bescheiden. Beim Morgenbuffet fehlten z.B. Körner und Cerealien.

Im Restaurant hat jeden Tag auf dem Tisch Salz und Pfeffer gefehlt und man musste es bestellen 😢

Only thing about that place that I liked was the wellness and the spa
Asking 830 per night for a room that is WAY too small for that kind of money. Especially when u compare it to other hotels there like madlein , Elizabeth and schloss hotel. 200 euro for a late checkout without even mentioning it. All in all very disappointing experience.
