家族で行った初めての温泉旅行でした。
スタッフの皆さまがとても親切で、お料理もお部屋もきれいで、

食事は美味しかったですし目でも楽しめて、stuffの対応も良かったです。
大浴場は一部清潔感に掛ける部分がありますが、色々なお風呂が楽しめて子供も喜んでいました。
足袋やパックなどのアメニティも充実していてよかったです。
部屋の空調のバランスを調整するのが難しかった。
あと、部屋の入口周りの照明が暗かったので明るい方がよいですね。
loungeのフリードリンクで、切れている（空）のものがあったので適時補充した方がよいと思います。

The staff were great and the food delicious. the room was large and comfortable.
The walls were very thin.
I was kept awake by snoring from the next room on the left and conversation from the room on the right.
The sound proofing was very poor and I did not sleep well because of this.
I really shouldn’t be able to hear snoring from the next room through the walls.

従業員が丁寧な対応挨拶もしっかりされてきて良かった。
押入れの布団が汚い。畳さんしたが髪の毛が沢山出て不潔でした。
