The staff were great and the food delicious. the room was large and comfortable.
The walls were very thin.
I was kept awake by snoring from the next room on the left and conversation from the room on the right.
The sound proofing was very poor and I did not sleep well because of this.
I really shouldn’t be able to hear snoring from the next room through the walls.

"Clean and spacious room. Great Kaiseki dinner and breakfast, very friendly staff (Mr.Cui) who from China provided a very detailed briefing for the hotel and the onsen."
